Prior to joining Britannica, Atul was the CFO at Diplomat Pharmacy, the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, where he helped the company grow to over $5b in revenues through a strategy of organic and M&A-driven growth. Prior to Diplomat, Atul was CFO of LivingSocial, an eCommerce marketplace for local merchants until its acquisition by Groupon. In addition, Atul spent over 12 years as an investment banker focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Atul holds a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, an M.S.E. from Wayne State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
