A Field associate supervises staff and follows directives from the Head of Office. They are the ones who have a constant and strong relationship with the staff members as they make frequent calls to them to check on their progress and exchange information that may bring upgrades to the present system used. They may offer their skills and act as an interpreter when needed. They also prepare and deliver reports to the persons concerned.
