Job Summary
TheOnCall Event ServicesTechnician is responsible for assisting with the flooroperations, including setup,strikeand operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitalityenvironment with a focus on delivering unmatched customer service to our guests and clients.
Essential Functions
Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.
Provide continued communication with client to ensure success of all events
Follows through on all client requests
Look for opportunities to enhance client's event
Maintain accurate client event information within the Company's business systems
Review daily invoices with client and obtain client's signature on invoice(s)
Comply with all Company security and safety measures and is constantly aware of the property inventory and location of equipment and ensures inventory is secure from theft and /or damage
Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
Ensure any lost stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to management.
Ensure inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.
Make sure all Company occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to Company standards
Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio, video/data, staging and computer operation and networking.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

What you will do
Supporting Silent-Aire's Mission Critical Services, you will work unsupervised while making informed decisions to complete tasks as instructed. You will also complete detailed end of day reports with complete accountability for the time spent on the task and identify and report the difference between any manufacturing and construction deficiency. This will be completed by leveraging your knowledge and understanding of electrical, mechanical and control systems including the following technical skills-

SUMMARY:
The Facilities Technician position serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the second level (Tier2) technical support team. Engineering, Implementation, Project Management of critical equipment; includes but is not limited to electrical switchgear, diesel generators, HVAC/CRAC systems, UPS systems, PDUs, RPPs, BMS systems, and fire alarm and suppression systems.
Provide on-site operation and manage vendors on installation, repair and maintenance of critical systems infrastructure equipment ensuring workplace rules and safety procedures.
Resolves technical issues that cannot be resolved through normal operations and maintenance procedures and provide leadership on outage calls to drive issue resolution and limit impact to customers. Ensures compliance to the customer's Outage Reporting Process and collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and the vendor technical organizations when required to drive long-term product improvements.
Provides technical guidance to junior Tier2 Engineers and technicians.
Supports the development and delivery of training programs and supports documentation to other departments on new operation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures

The Position:
Job Summary
Working under general supervision, the Plating Technician is responsible for electroplating components and assemblies for aerospace, defense, and medical applications. The role involves monitoring equipment processes, performing measurements and inspections to ensure product quality, and adhering to safety and production standards.
Schedule: This swing shift is Mon-Fri, 1:00pm to 9:30pm. The first couple months will be training on Day shift: 5am to 1:30pm. Once training is complete, and swing schedule is started, employee will be eligible for a $2/hr shift differential.
Primary Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with all employees.

Be able to use XRF to take thickness measurements of plated component.

Perform all tasks with rigid adherence to parts handling best practices.
Must be able to demonstrate effective rinsing techniques, including using various hydro-washing methods and achieving water break free surfaces.
Must be able to set correct amperage and voltage on rectifiers.
Must be able to complete certification forms properly.
The ability to complete tasks in a reasonably timely manner.
The ability to detect equipment failure.
Elevation to Plating Technician II will be at the discretion of Management.
