Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will support treatment delivery for our infused therapy offerings within the gout, neuroimmunology, and ophthalmology business units. The position will be responsible for prospecting and establishing business-to-business relationships with local sites of care (SOC) and for developing and driving account/partner business plans that deliver on agreed upon objectives with oversight of SOC strategy development, execution and measurement. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for working with their internal partners to develop, implement and measure activities to increase pull through by coordinated business planning. Account responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, Local Infusion Providers and Specialty Pharmacies focused on Infusion Services.
* Maximize site of care (SOC) opportunities in accordance with product labelling, strategic imperatives, and Company policies.
* Provide overview of therapy and clinical procedures involved with infusion to assigned SOC customers/partners; coordinate with Medical Affairs team.
* Identifying gaps in existing SOC networks, developing plans to expand SOC options.
* Pulling through national partnership contracts at the local level.
* Proactive and on-going access-related education including coding and billing and conducting quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders.
* Serve as the lead point of contact with sales, patient services and reimbursement access functions for assigned site of care (SOC) customers/partners.
* Evaluate, develop, monitor, measure partnerships/business plans within the designated customer/partner accounts to align with defined objectives (profit, growth, value).
* Responsible for developing and growing relationships with appropriate individuals within the accounts to meet the business needs of the customer/partner through a collaborative approach.
* Develop and deliver business presentations/reviews to customers/partners based on mutual needs/benefits.
* Develop business case to support contracts, negotiate and manage to ensure optimal results, if applicable.
* Understand health care issues/strategies, customer issues/trends and best practices to establish credibility beyond product and therapeutic areas.
* Co-develop and manage execution of jointly developed customer plans, holding customer and company accountable for plan execution.
* Review and analyze contracted performance and communicate account performance broadly with key internal stakeholders.

The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is a non-profit organization that provides summer camp opportunities to Florida's Youth. We operate three traditional sleep away camps along with a traveling day camp program. GroupLeaders for Mobile Camp will travel each week to different cities in Florida.

SUMMARY
The position of GroupLeader is the most vital aspect of the Summer Camping Program because it has constant interaction with the campers. This position involves the continuous leadership, guidance and supervision of campers. This position will participate in the planned camp program and serve as the major initiator of group activities. The GroupLeader is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the campsite and unit area. The GroupLeader is directly supervised by the Senior GroupLeader and/or Mobile Camp Site Director. This position is exempt from overtime pay.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities are given as examples of the various types of work performed in this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Demonstrates alertness and discretion while supervising campers in order to maintain a safe camping experience for all participants.

Uses creativity, enthusiasm and initiative when leading assigned group to camp activities in order to engage youth and ensure their participation in a fun and exciting camp atmosphere.

Uses hospitality and attentiveness to make all donors, deputies and guests feel included and comfortable at all camping programs.
Exercises flexibility and availability when faced with change and displays a willingness to assist in any Camping Services program when requested.
Demonstrates resourcefulness and thriftiness in the wise stewardship of the agency's resources including all equipment, buildings, vehicles and other assets are maintained at Youth Ranches' standards.
Practices diligence and orderliness when completing required paperwork such as mileage logs, travel expense vouchers, incident reports and time sheets.
Displays honor, obedience and flexibility when direction is given or a request is made thus contributing to the smooth operation and success to the Youth Ranches program.

Recordkeeping
Assists the RFM/RAM in reviewing timesheets to verify Recreation Assistants' work hours.

What You'll Do:

SUMMARY
The position of GroupLeader is the most vital aspect of the Summer Camping Program because it has constant interaction with the campers. This position involves the continuous leadership, guidance and supervision of campers. This position will participate in the planned camp program and serve as the major initiator of group activities. The GroupLeader is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the campsite and unit area. The GroupLeader is directly supervised by the Senior GroupLeader and/or Mobile Camp Site Director. This position is exempt from overtime pay.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates alertness and discretion while supervising campers in order to maintain a safe camping experience for all participants.

Displays honor, obedience and flexibility when direction is given or a request is made thus contributing to the smooth operation and success to the Youth Ranches program.

Staff are given multiple hour long wellness breaks each day.

During a paid week of pre-service training all staff will receive transferable certifications in Adult First Aid/ CPR/AED ($30 value) along with training on topics such as; trauma informed care, non-violent crisis intervention, and the basics of childcare.
Specialty certifications are offered in early May. Lifeguarding ($350 value) High Ropes Practitioner ($900 value) Archery Instructor ($50 value).
Recruitment and retention bonuses are provided at the end of each summer season.
