The HR Business Partner will support one or more functional teams playing a vital role in ensuring the functions they partner with are thriving and executing people programs at scale -- and, most importantly, translating business strategy into people & org strategy over time.     You will develop and own HR strategies for the Olathe site, providing day-to-day HR direction on strategy and execution.
