Rob Miller is a CMO at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and is based in Los Angeles, California. He has worked as Director, Northeast and Southeast Asia at Cotton USA; Program Manager, South America at Cotton USA; and Director of Global Marketing at Cotton USA. Rob works or has worked as Vice President at Reading Glass Project, Guest Lecturer at Georgetown University, and Board Member at Reading Glass Project. He studied at University of Pittsburgh, International University of Japan between 1999 and 2001, and London Business School between 2010 and 2010.

Jose Morey is a Chief Engineer Council at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and Advisor at SOMOS.

My background in civil and structural engineering includes 29 years experience of both large Infrastructure and transportation projects. My local and international transit and mobility experience includes working on key Infrastructure projects in USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Turkey including recent projects in California on the design and management of CAHSR, Gerald Desmond Replacement Bridge and other LA Metro, OCTA, LA City and County projects.

I led technical design studies in concluding DEIS process, preparation of specifications and the Design-Build procurement documents for the new Tappan Zee Bridge in New York, US; winning proposal for the technical studies in the business case and preliminary design phase of Champlain Project in Montreal, Canada and the shortlisted bid designs for Metro's Purple Line Extension Project - Sections 1 and 2.

My skills include the project and design management and delivery of major transit and highway projects as I have operated in Project Director, Project Manager and Design Manager roles in the last 15 years in major DB and P3 projects in North America. I also led Practices / Business / Skills groups setting strategies for the growth of the businesses, teams, as well as individuals, and delivering short and long term skills/ business plans successfully both in US and Canada.



My roles in major infrastructure projects also included design quality management, client liaison, management and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, technical review and advice, feasibility studies, bid evaluation and peer reviews.

I have considerable experience in designing bridges, guideways, elevated/aerial stations, cut and cover tunnels and stations and other major civil structures. My experience also involves managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure teams, including sub-consultants, and representing the agencies, either as a Technical Adviser or Owner's Representative, in major DB and P3 projects from conceptual to detailed design phases including PM and CM services.
