Provide Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultation and Services on behalf of the SRR Business Systems I.T. Department as under the Business Management Division supporting the Business Systems I.T. Director Level Initiatives.
The client is an Environmental Management industry participant. The Client's Liquid Waste Organization (LWO) is currently modifying current and developing new integration and helper/utility applications to implement The Costpoint Supply Chain Services System. The Environmental Management Client is also preparing the transition from one Client's Liquid Waste and Environmental Management General Contractor to a new service provider along with the addition of the transition of Waste Processing facility scopes of work.
While that additional work is being accomplished, tasks need to be completed to keep the running and to begin the process of shutting it down and transitioning the business information to The new Environmental Management General Contractor. ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall provide development and integration services utilizing the full Microsoft Development Stack and other platforms as necessary.
CORE HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm eastern time. Business Systems Department Personnel will only be available during this time.
BACKGROUND: The Environmental Management Client's Liquid Waste Organization (LWO) has commenced the migration of its supply chain management system from Puridiom to Deltek CostPoint Supply Chain Services. As part of ongoing evolution of its product portfolio, LWO is also enhancing several in-house developed systems as well as providing operating support and services for the current application portfolio. As part of this effort, numerous Web, utility, and helper applications that produce reports, manage data, provide integration services, and automation are required to be enhanced or rewritten to operate with the Supply Chain Services and other systems.
The current LWO Prime Contract is ending and has been awarded to a new Environmental Management General Contractor. The scope of work currently being performed at The Environmental Management Client will be transitioned to a new Environmental Management General Contractor during the contract transition. While the contract transition is occurring, The Environmental Management Client will begin to absorb the work scope currently being performed by The outgoing Management General Contractor. Over the next few months, it will be necessary to support the prime contract transition, the absorption of The outgoing Management General Contractor work scope, transition the business applications and data to The new Environmental Management General Contractor while continuing to support current operational needs.
FULL MICROSOFT STACK DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION AND SERVICES DELIVERABLES:
All deliverables shall become the property of LWO. For all development work, ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall supply the appropriate documentation defined above such as:

The requirements herein ensure systems are protected in a manner commensurate with impact to mission, risk, and magnitude of harm and are compliant with applicable United States (U.S.) Department of Energy (DOE) Orders and approved policies related to the implementation of the Cyber Security Program at the Environmental Management Client (Located: Aiken, South Carolina).
LWO uses the Microsoft Development Stack for its primary development needs. All application development and modification shall use this technology unless otherwise directed by the Business Systems Manager.
The provisions of this procedure apply to the Performing Entities at SRS and to any other site tenant(s) that have consented by written agreement (e.g., Functional Service Agreements) to comply with this procedure and to Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultants performing work for the Performing Entities or tenant(s) when required by subcontract or applicable law.
The provisions of this procedure also apply to other SRS tenant organizations and related Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultants who rely on the Management and Operations (M&O) Contractor for the generation, processing, and maintenance of cyber security program policy documents.
When applicable to the entity, this policy shall be applied to all federal systems which are defined as those used or operated by a federal agency, by a contractor of a federal agency, or by contractors on behalf of a federal agency. Exceptions for Environmental Management (E.M.) or National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA) are noted where variances in the requirements exist. Federal (i.e., government) systems are referred to as systems in this document.
Qualifications
3.1.1 IMPLEMENTATION SERVICE
The Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultation and Services Statement of Work (SOW) encompasses subcontract services required to develop new applications and rewrite or modify current LWO applications successfully and in a timely manner, provide data migration and support for systems and applications in the LWO portfolio, and provide application migration services pertaining to the transitions as needed.
In providing these services, the following apply:
ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall submit the personnel qualifications (list of skills and experience) for all
personnel working on the conversion.
If LWO desires qualifications not listed in any Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant position, LWO may add those
qualifications to a position.
LWO reserves the right to review resumes for and interview all proposed personnel candidates to assure they meet the qualifications stated as required for the position for which the resume is submitted.
The Requirements Gathering
Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant Support Shall Begin With The Requirements Gathering.
Problem resolution escalation procedures shall be developed through mutual agreement prior to
any resultant subcontract and followed as required to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall confirm that all individuals working on the project are US Citizens and located in the United States.
ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant will work with all other members of the LWO departments supporting the development, evaluation of coding standards, and performing knowledge transfers to aid the department long term. As appropriate, ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant will notify the Business Systems IT Manager of these interactions so to allow for evaluation of ongoing knowledge transfer or training needs.
3.1.2 APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION PLAN: ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall provide resources that will allow LWO to complete the application development, application conversions, application debugging, data migration and system integration necessary to support contract transition, shutdown, work transition, implementation of the new supply chain system, and ongoing operations. The work provided by these resources will be reviewed by the LWO Design Authority and LWO Business System IT manager for acceptance, testing, and approval. The work will also be subject to penetration and vulnerability scans performed by LWO cyber security.
3.1.3 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENTATION: For each new application, ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall work with the LWO Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Business Systems IT department to develop and/or understand the requirements. The requirements shall include:
Goals - the goal of the applications
Definitions - any appropriate definitions
Background and strategic fit - the background and the strategic fit for the application
Assumptions - any assumptions being made
Requirements; User Story, Acceptance Criteria, Notes, and Status.
Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) - the entity-relationship diagram of the application, where necessary
Wireframes - wireframes of all the screens being developed, where necessary
The application requirements document shall be written according to LWO Business Systems standards and shall be approved by the Business System IT manager before the development of the test plan and the application coding can begin. Requirements for application modifications are documented in the Change Request system and approved by the Design Authority and Business System IT manager.
3.1.4 APPLICATION TEST PLAN: For new applications, ProSidian Full Microsoft Stack Development Consultant shall work with the LWO Business Systems department and the customer to develop the application test plan based on the acceptance criteria developed under “Application Requirements Documentation.” The test plan will be used by the LWO for final testing and acceptance of the applications.
The application Test Plan shall be approved by the Business System IT manager before the application
coding can begin.
Appropriate testing for application modifications will be determined by the application Design Authority and appropriately documented.
3.1.5 APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT: Each application shall be developed or modified according to the approved requirements. Unless otherwise directed by the Business Systems IT Manager, development will be done using Microsoft Visual studio 2019 or newer in C# to run on Microsoft IIS or standalone with a Microsoft SQL backend.
All coding shall follow the LWO Business Systems C# coding standards.
LINQ is NOT a standard used by LWO Business Systems. Any intended use of LINQ must be reviewed by LWO Business System designee and approved before use.
Microsoft ASP.NET MVC shall be used as the framework. Microsoft WEB API 2.0 shall be used to deliver web services (JSON) to JQuery AJAX calls. Returning data shall be bound to Data tables (datatables.net) and/or mustache templates.
LWO will supply a standardized User Interface template (HTML and CSS) that shall be used, where applicable, for each application to retain a common look and feel.
Code reviews will be performed by Business Systems representatives on a periodic basis to verify accuracy, clarity, and adherence to LWO Business System standards and procedures.

Provide support to Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) as a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security Intern - Limited Service Employee (LSE) on the Savannah River Site (SRS), a US Department of Energy (DOE) facility in Aiken, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
The Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security intern will perform meaningful work in support of the SRMC organization. The selected Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security intern assist with various projects related to SRMC's IT or Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, such as servers, networks, applications, etc. The selected intern will support:
• Conducting risk assessment and vulnerability analysis using tools like Nessus, etc.
• Performing field validation and supporting penetration testing results.
• Running system scans and generating reports using tools like Nessus, Splunk, Microsoft Defender to include artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning, etc.
• Implementation of security policies and standards using tools like Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for security improvements and issues
Additional Information:
The internship is expected to be a 10-12 week period from May 2026 until the end of July 2026. Housing is not provided, but reasonable rentals may be available through local university student housing offices. The selected candidate will be responsible for their own transportation.
A 40-hour work week is set and scheduled by the individual departments. SRMC utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), etc. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch. Interns will be paid a competitive hourly rate; no summer interns will be assigned to shift work; overtime is not available; Interns will be paid for site holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th) as applicable.
Assignments will be located in SRMC facilities in Aiken, SC. Public transportation is not available, and interns will be required to arrange their own transportation. A valid Driver's License, Registration and proof of automobile insurance is required for driving on the Savannah River Site.

Existing MCSA/MCSE certification for 2016 Server Administration. or, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Exams MD-100 & MD-101)
Experience in hazardous waste treatment facilities, chemical processing facilities, DOE facilities, or DOD facilities preferred.
Experience with national consensus codes and standards preferred.
Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management per 29 CFR 1910.119 and/or familiarity with the Center for Chemical Process Safety, Guidelines for Risk Based Process Safety, preferred.
Experience with process hazard analysis or with process flowsheets, preferred.
Certification, chartered, or professional licenses in Systems Engineering or safety disciplines, preferred.
U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.

Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.
3.6 Personnel Qualifications/Certifications --- all personnel shall have demonstrated experience in Nuclear Safety, Criticality, Radiological Engineering, Health Physics, Fire Protection, or Engineering Technical Support. These individuals must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to maintain DOE site access.
3.6.1 Nuclear and Criticality Safety --- IMC Contractor/SRS or other DOE complex experience is preferred.
Criticality personnel are required to obtain or have SRS Nuclear Criticality Safety qualifications (e.g., Criticality Safety Engineer (CSE), Senior Criticality Safety Engineer (SCSE), Criticality Safety Officer (CSO), Associate Criticality Safety Engineer (ACSE)).
Radiological Engineering and Health Physics personnel are required to achieve/maintain applicable SRS qualifications.
3.6.2 Fire Protection: Fire protection personnel shall be ---
1. Registered professional engineer in an engineering discipline that encompasses the scope of work being performed. Or
2. Certified National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III in the applicable NICET subfield for the subject fire protection system (i.e., water-based systems layout, fire alarm systems, inspection and testing of water-based systems, special hazards suppression
systems, or special hazards suppression systems, or special hazards systems).
Or
3. Manufacturer/Factory trained and certified for the subject fire protection systems/feature. Or
4. Graduate of an accredited engineering curriculum with a minimum of four (4) years of engineering practice, three (3) of which are in design that encompasses the subject fire protection system.
3.6.3 Engineering Technical Support --- IMC Contractor/SRS or other DOE complex experience is preferred.
TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, as allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina
WORK HOURS: A 40 hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRS holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch.
