IT Systems & ERP Administrator Qualification Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or ERP-focused developer Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, workflows, and saved searches Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java) Experience working with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and system integrations Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments Familiarity with EDI, inventory management, and warehouse operations Experience with reporting/BI tools and data visualization NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or Developer) Experience supporting cloud-based or SaaS applications
