About the Role
The Manager of IT Operations is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of Phillips' enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management

Maintain secure configuration baselines (CIS, NIST, internal standards).
Manage SAN/NAS storage, backup platforms, replication, and disaster recovery readiness.
Partner with the Infrastructure Engineer (Server) on HA, clustering, and DR architecture.
Cloud & M365 Operations
Support and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
Manage cloud workloads, cost governance, and security controls.
Use automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, IaC) to optimize operations.
Enforce Zero Trust principles, MFA, conditional access, and identity protection.
Network & iSeries Coordination
Partner with the Network Administrator to ensure resilient LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewall, VPN, and Zero Trust network operations.
Collaborate with the iSeries Administrator on IBM i operations, backups, HA/DR, and ERP (Infor A+) support.
Align teams on monitoring, incident response, and change management.
Change, Release & Incident Management
Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure changes are properly vetted.
Oversee incident escalation, communication, and service restoration.
Maintain a structured problem‑management process to prevent recurring issues.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
Assess operational performance and build strategic improvement plans.
Recommend technology upgrades, automation opportunities, and process enhancements.
Collaborate with the Director of IT Infrastructure on long‑term infrastructure roadmaps.
Lead modernization initiatives across infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, and support operations.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, systems management, and technology solutions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for agents and staff. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and real estate technology knowledge. The IT Specialist will support both hardware and software systems, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize tools used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide daily technical support to agents and staff, both in-person and remotely
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across a wide range of devices, including Windows PCs, Mac laptops, Android devices, iPhones, and other mobile phones.
Diagnose and resolve computer viruses, malware, and security threats
Set up, maintain, and repair workstations, laptops, printers, and other office hardware
Real Estate Technology Support
Support and maintain real estate platforms including ZipForms, SkySlope, DocuSign, MLS systems, and real estate accounting software
Assist agents with transaction-related technology, document management, and compliance platforms
Ensure systems are functioning properly and updated as needed
Systems & Software Management
Manage and support Microsoft Office 365, including email accounts, permissions, and user access
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including system access and equipment setup
Maintain user permissions, security settings, and data integrity
Website & Digital Tools Support
Support basic SEO initiatives and website functionality in collaboration with marketing teams or vendors
Assist with troubleshooting website or platform-related technical issues
User Training & Communication
Provide clear, patient, and professional guidance to agents and staff with varying levels of technical experience
Train users on best practices for systems, tools, and security awareness
Act as a point of contact for technology-related questions and improvements
Qualifications
Required / Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in real estate or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience providing technical support to users, agents, or employees
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Hands-on experience with real estate tools such as ZipForms, SkySlope, MLS platforms, and DocuSign
Familiarity with real estate accounting software and transaction workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support
Working knowledge of SEO principles and website troubleshooting
Strong hardware skills, including setup, maintenance, and repair of computers and peripherals
Experience identifying, removing, and preventing computer viruses and security threats
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Please Note: This is a full-time, in-office position. Interoffice traveling required.

They repair and maintain electrical and electronic systems ranging from radar and communications to navigation and weapon systems. AV Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen, performing in-flight duties and operating radar and weapon systems.
Responsibilities
Depending on your rating (AE or AT), you may:
Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems, including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, and laser electronics.
Maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
Test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls.
Perform micro-miniature module repair on circuit cards.
Install modifications to aircraft electronics systems.
Operate diagnostic equipment and read electrical diagrams.
Work Environment
AV technicians serve at sea and ashore worldwide. Work may be performed in hangars, onboard aircraft carriers, in labs, or outdoors on flight lines. Youll work closely with other technicians, often with minimal supervision, in both technical and operational settings.
Training & Advancement
Class A Technical School Pensacola, FL (1826 weeks) Covers aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics theory, and technical skills. After training, Sailors are assigned to AE or AT
ratings and may serve at naval air stations, squadrons, or aboard carriers. Advanced training is available for specific aircraft and systems.
