About the Role
The Manager of IT Operations is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of Phillips' enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management

Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, identity governance, and privileged access.
Maintain secure configuration baselines (CIS, NIST, internal standards).
Manage SAN/NAS storage, backup platforms, replication, and disaster recovery readiness.
Partner with the Infrastructure Engineer (Server) on HA, clustering, and DR architecture.
Cloud & M365 Operations
Support and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
Manage cloud workloads, cost governance, and security controls.
Use automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, IaC) to optimize operations.
Enforce Zero Trust principles, MFA, conditional access, and identity protection.
Network & iSeries Coordination
Partner with the Network Administrator to ensure resilient LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewall, VPN, and Zero Trust network operations.
Collaborate with the iSeries Administrator on IBM i operations, backups, HA/DR, and ERP (Infor A+) support.
Align teams on monitoring, incident response, and change management.
Change, Release & Incident Management
Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure changes are properly vetted.
Oversee incident escalation, communication, and service restoration.
Maintain a structured problem‑management process to prevent recurring issues.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
Assess operational performance and build strategic improvement plans.
Recommend technology upgrades, automation opportunities, and process enhancements.

The Systems Analyst /Telecomm (SA) position is in existence to address the Company's enterprise data and insure of its accuracy as well as the coordination of data between the ERP system, WoodWare (WW) and our external Sales system, 2G. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintain Woodware on a daily basis to add/change/delete products and fields as the business requires

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The Borough of Lansdale is looking for a GIS/Technology Support Specialist who will assist with the coordination of Geographic Information Systems and Informationtechnology services across all Borough Departments. Under Basic supervision from the IT Manager and the Director of IT, performs work in the development and maintenance of GIS systems including the ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment that supports electric utility operations, wastewater treatment plant infrastructure, municipal assets, and public works functions. This position ensures accurate geospatial data, supports utility engineering and field operations, manages GIS-based applications, and provides technical services to staff across departments, while working closely with engineering, electric, wastewater, public works, and IT personnel to support planning, design, maintenance, and mapping activities. The technician will assist all Borough Departments in utilizing and implementing technology to modernize operations to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare, collect, organize and input data to maintain and enhance the Boroughs' GIS including field research and GPS data collection and processing.
Provide first-response and follow-up help desk services over the phone, in person, or by remote desktop support for the Borough's internal informationtechnology network and Geographic Information Systems. Assist staff with common informationtechnology issues related to workstation computers, network printers, email, mobile phones, and other technologies as needed.
Perform a variety of Borough-wide GIS application development functions and analysis including design, writing, development, modification & implementation of GIS applications to create custom GIS web applications for Borough departments
Assist with interpreting as-built drawings, construction plans, engineering plans, recorded maps, deeds, legal descriptions, imagery and related source documents and incorporates them into GIS using various methods including coordinate geometry, digitizing, and GPS.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of multiple GIS layers including capital asset inventory, electric utility management, streets, zoning, other development layers, sanitary and storm sewer system layers.
Follow quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, and perform routine data management tasks, such as data validation and correction, queries and editing in GIS to ensure GIS data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
Assist with GIS and data analysis, prepare and execute queries, produce maps, spreadsheets, graphs, and other analytical products.
Troubleshoot and support the Borough's GIS, IT, and related hardware and software, including peripheral equipment, printers/plotters, GPS and other mobile devices in conjunction with other Technology Department staff.
