About the Role As a Project Manager, you'll lead construction projects from planning through completion-ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met. You'll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive success while managing resources, communicating updates, and resolving challenges along the way. This position also includes cost estimating and personnel coordination, so experience in both project execution and cost control is key. What You'll Do Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Assign tasks and oversee project team performance. Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align on goals and deliverables. Resolve project issues and ensure on-time completion within scope. Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and milestones. Source and manage external vendors or consultants as needed. Monitor costs, staffing, and resource allocation. Deliver professional project presentations and status updates. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of project management and cost estimation experience in construction or precast concrete. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar). Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented. Experience coordinating with vendors and managing job site logistics.
