What you'll do:
Defines and maintains program strategies commensurate with the level of risk, size, and complexity to ensure individual efforts align with organizational goals.
Responsible for providing input and recommendations on multi-year business plans to deliver business capabilities and define execution approach to achieve business goal while reducing risk and delivering early business value.
Facilitates meetings with executive management and project / program sponsors to define solutions and delivery.
Prepares reports that provide stakeholders and management with status updates to include identifying risks or issues.

What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of project and / or program management experience, including experience defining a new program and/or managing large-scale projects.
Proficient experience in Principles of Project, Program or Portfolio Management to develop multi-year business plans.
Proficient knowledge of program efforts management tools and methodologies.
Understanding and demonstrated application of risk management policies and procedures.
Knowledge of program management methodology and techniques; program performance evaluation and change management principles.
Experience maintaining and reporting on work effort(s) budgets / methodologies.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $103,450- $197,730.

Client Project Manager 3 SUMMARY:
Responsible for project setup, oversight of sample receipts, monitoring project status, and ensuring that samples are collected, analyzed, documented, and reported in conformance with client requirements, as well as project closure. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Onboards new clients, provides comprehensive training and resources to understand products and services; sets up initial client profile and data in LIMS correctly and accurately.

Maintains clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams; prepares and delivers project status reports on progress, risks and issues.
Conducts project closure to ensure final deliverables and client satisfaction are confirmed, client is invoiced, evaluates project success, and support accounting needs regarding invoicing/payment.
Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project outcomes align with client objectives.

* Ability to think "outside the box" and provide solutions to clients for various business-related tasks and analysis

* Knowledge of third party applications that work with business applications and how to research application needs

The Business System Manager (BSM) serves as the central point of contact for the management and oversight of systems used by our Default Servicing team and Lending Services team, including the pay-by-phone system. The BSM is accountable to all associates and stakeholders whose work is impacted by these systems. While this position does not require deep technical expertise, it does require a solid understanding of business system and comfort working with technology platforms and vendors. Prior experience with collections or collections systems is essential. The BSM is responsible for the daily operation of a variety of business systems, overseeing business requirements, defect tracking, communications, system access management, user-acceptance testing, and production certification. This associate plays a key role in identifying solutions for production problems, managing system conversions and de-conversions, supporting new products and enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
