The **Manager, Program Management,** manages individuals who lead cross-functional teams that are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
+ Minimum of 8 - 12 years of related experience in Program Management
+ At least 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
+ Extensive computing skills in Excel, PowerPoint and related systems for gathering/management of Service Performance measurements
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both the operational and strategic level
+ Engineering & Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, which includes applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services
+ Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
+ Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
