Ensuring that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight

Reviewing and calculating the aircraft weight and balance, fuel and oxygen requirements and performance charts
Using checklists and operating procedures noted in this manual
Making decisions necessary to start, delay, or cancel flights and deviate the flight from planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate
Notify authorities of any accident, suspected communicable disease, acts of unlawful interference, or landing at an airport other than planned or as caused by circumstances beyond the control of the PIC
Completing all post flight duties, including flight logs, deferred item sheet, notification to the company of any deviation from the planned itinerary or overnight location
When necessary, utilizes the authority to refuse transportation of any person or object if the carriage poses any risk to the safety of the aircraft or its occupants
Ensuring that he/she is current and qualified to operate the aircraft to which he/she is assigned. This includes, but is not limited to: training, testing, compliance with flight time restrictions and rest requirements, maintaining a current medical certificate as required and notifies the chief pilot if any medical (physical or mental) condition exists that may impair his/her ability to perform as a crewmember, and all other applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

Compensation: $45,000 base + commission (W2 $90K potential first year)
Reliance One, Inc. is hiring for an Inside SalesRepresentative to join a fast-paced, dynamic team. This role manages the full sales cycle-from initial outreach to closing-while delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Ideal candidates are motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-energy, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with Decision-Makers: Engage with General Managers, Controllers, and other leaders to understand goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Drive Revenue Growth: Conduct daily outbound calls, nurture leads, and maintain a pipeline of 80+ opportunities per month.
Execute the Sales Process: Apply consultative selling techniques to identify needs, address objections, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
Expand Client Relationships: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services, strengthening client partnerships.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
Stay Organized: Use Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and prioritize activities effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven sales ability; experience in automotive, financial, or B2B sales preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Driven, competitive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
