Overview

Site Supervisors are expected to understand the basics of each trade and to be able to work with Sub Contractors to solve onsite issues allowing for clear communication and flow of projects. Any issues that would arise the Site Super is expected to be able to clearly communicate them to the Project Manager.
Site Superintendents are expected to stay active and work to ensure that each sub-contractor has the correct information to do his job efficiently. The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $75,000.00-$112,500.00.
