They must accomplish this in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Shearer's policies and procedures. Ensure paperwork is signed, trailer sealed, and load is closed out when truck is fully loaded. Ensure CCI and Export paperwork is completed and issued to driver upon departure from sites. Plan the unloading of shuttle trailers from plants with product for inventory purposes. Coordinate with yard drivers on yard moves and equipment needs for proper loading sequence. Complete daily shift handoff to Load Planner and warehouse of shipped loads, any issues and available labor at respective sites. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures, as needed.
