Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience. Minimum 2 years of front desk experience. At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality. Proficiency in Windows OS and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly. Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands: Regularly required to walk, stand, and use hands to reach.
