Job Duties
The Assistant Service Center Manager would assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and the Automotive Service Center. The Assistant Service Center Manager will be responsible for:
Resolving customer issues
Providing technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors
Supervising Service Center associates
Performing Technician responsibilities as needed
Demontrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.

Manage Rehlko's workers compensation portfolio. Work closely with HR and Operations teams and proactively manage employee work-related injury/illnesses and return-to-work programs. Collaborate with Third Party Administrator on claims handling practices and managing reserves. Prepare reports to provide updates to management.
Design a robust EHS audit program aimed at demonstrating compliance with regulations and company standards. Develop audit protocols, guidelines, tools, and training; coordinate audit plans and teams; issue reports; and track status of corrective actions.
Create, maintain and deliver a corporate EHS training program tailored to all levels of the organization. Utilize digital platforms and blended learning approaches to maximize engagement and retention.
Direct actions regarding environmental permitting, wastewater management, air emissions control, storm water compliance, spill prevention, waste minimization and pollution prevention.
Provide direct EHS support and oversight to Rehlko's headquarters located in Glendale, WI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in occupational health, safety, ergonomics, environmental science, engineering or other related field required, with a preference towards a master's degree and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or equivalent designation.
15+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety positions, preferably within a large, global manufacturer. In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and direct proactive safety and environmental programs and to deliver world-class EHS results.
The Salary range for this position is $129,150.00-$165,000.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.

Value Chain Transformation Owner - Drive
In this role you will be responsible for implementation of global and local value chain digitalization strategies and roadmaps in the Motion Drives Product division in United States, ensuring continuously improvement in business process harmonization and simplification, upstream and downstream alignment. You will serve as a key resource to drive business applications fit to purpose and key user community is well trained. Primary scope is to implement or improve business applications to enable effective Warehouse Management and Logistics processes.
The work model for the role is: Onsite, supporting Motion Drive Products in New Berlin, WI.
Your role and responsibilities:
[Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy by executing assigned projects or continuous improvement actions.
Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs to Information System demand requirements.
Lead user acceptance testing and system cutover activities when applicable.
Actively collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, internal and external IS delivery teams to ensure business application solutions robust and reliable.
Follow ABB project management gate model project management guidelines and manage assigned projects with quality.
Serve as a process lead in Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution to ensure fit for purpose ERP and non-ERP business system solutions as well as end to end process efficiency.
Collaborate with functional stakeholders and users to identify solution gaps, prioritize actions and follow through with solutions.

Qualifications for the role:
A Bachelor or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration.
8+ years of experience with SAP implementation and integration with non-ERP systems.
Solid knowledge of SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution solutions.
Experience with SAP WM / EWM and/or TM is preferred.
Experience with 3rd party Logistics provider operation is a plus.
Proficient in English spoken and written communication.
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
