ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Serve as the single point of contact within Allied Benefit for coordination of modernization execution topics

•Maintain program documentation including RAID logs, project plans, and modernization dashboards
•Track completion of deliverables, readiness milestones, and dependency closure across workstreams
•Manage central repository, ensuring version control of key artifacts and deliverables
•Support the development of governance materials, steering decks, and structured reporting updates
•Facilitate recurring working sessions (e.g., cutover planning, test execution coordination, enhancement grooming) and ensure that action items, owners, and follow-ups are tracked and escalated as needed
•Partner with delivery leads, PMO, and vendors to maintain consistent progress tracking and communication
•Monitor execution health and escalate risks or blockers to leadership for resolution
•Support continuous improvement of execution tools, templates, and documentation standards
•Support change enablement, including readiness checklists and go-live planning activities

EDUCATION:

The Installation ProjectCoordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of the installation process by facilitating the smooth execution of projects by coordinating activities, resources, and communication amongst the project team. This individual will schedule site surveys, prepare estimates & invoicing, recruit installers, coordinate permits, and work closely with vendors to complete installation within our client's timeframe. Manage assigned installation projects throughout their life cycle and ensure customer standards (internal and external) are met.
Maintain accurate and updated project status logs, feedback, quotes, and invoicing in HubSpot.
Detect roadblocks in projects that could delay projects and work with respective department(s) to mitigate risk.
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely approach if they arise during the project life cycle.
Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication with clients and vendors.
Maintain Howard Company customer communication expectations for all installation projects.
