What you will do

What you can expect
* Provide support to loan origination staff in all aspects of the Agency loan origination process, including analysis, underwriting, structuring, pricing.
* Interact with existing and prospective borrowers, intermediaries, industry peers and legal community.
* Possess and apply knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guides, policies and procedures.
* Prepare, review and recommend quality quote requests within 24 - 48 hours of screening both independently and with support from Analysts.

* Coordinate between originations, assigned Deal Manager(s), underwriting and the Agencies when structuring issues arise at origination.
