Job Summary
The Functional Consulting team is where the rubber truly meets the road between Prometheus Group and our clients. Responsibilities

The CEM SME shall have not less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field. Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, and combat overseas tours with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.

The Role
As Managing Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the growth with Community Institutions within USFI. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic clients building on existing relationships and initiating new ones to generate and qualify opportunities and promote Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales.

Sales experience, within software as a service (SaaS), data & analytics, consulting and/or cybersecurity solutions.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and quotas

Who you are?
Bachelor's degree in planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
7+ years of permitting experience in EPC, construction, or energy infrastructure projects
Deep understanding of federal, state, and local permitting processes, codes, and regulations (e.g., EPA, FEMA, DOT, TCEQ, local building departments, utilities)
Proven ability to identify AHJs and manage multi-jurisdictional permitting for large-scale projects
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams
Skilled in interpreting technical documents, regulatory requirements, and permit conditions
Proficient in using permitting databases, tracking tools, and document management systems
