Pharmatech Associates is seeking to add a senior-level Quality Consultant to our full-time and/or consulting roster to assist with delivering quality and compliance-related services. The nature of our projects varies from client to client and can often be supported remotely; however, some may require trips to conduct site visits to locations outside the US. Typical projects include, but are not limited to:
Conducting gap assessments of a company's QMS against US FDA requirements with the aim of helping our clients pass a pre‑approval inspection in support of ANDA, NDAs, and BLA submissions, and providing prioritized remediation recommendations
Evaluation of inspection readiness programs, including providing recommendations for improvement
Remediation planning for various dosage form manufacturing facilities, including oral solid, liquid, and other non‑sterile, as well as sterile, dosage forms

Role Overview
The AI & People Analytics Solutions Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping QXO's next-generation HR analytics ecosystem.
This role owns the data, technology, and AI infrastructure powering People Analytics, including Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle AI Agent, and BigQuery, and ensures that HR leaders can access accurate, real-time, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
1. People Data Architecture & Integration

2. AI & Analytics Platform Enablement

Collaborate with the People Analytics team to surface key metrics and models (turnover, hiring, tenure, cost of attrition) within Oracle dashboards.
3. Data Governance & Security
Serve as a data owner and steward for all HR data within the analytics ecosystem.
Partner with the People Data Governance Council to establish guardrails for data entry, access, and validation.
Define and monitor data lineage, validation processes, and data-quality KPIs.
Ensure all analytics activities comply with QXO's data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
4. Collaboration & Business Partnership
Act as the bridge between HR, IT, and Finance, translating business needs into analytics and AI solutions.
Collaborate with Oracle and external partners to optimize system configuration and ensure adoption of emerging AI capabilities.
Provide hands-on support to HR and business leaders to enable self-service analytics through Oracle dashboards and AI tools.
Partner with the Director, People Analytics & AI Strategy to scale the analytics roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.

Lead, collaborate, and coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, lighting designers, and other consultants as required
Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills to communicate to consultant team and general contractors
Review and create complete construction documents, specifications, and details
Ensure all zoning laws, building codes, sustainability, fire and safety, and accessibility codes are met
Work with general contractors to manage sub and vendor relationships, cost, lead time and delivery dates to site
Manage, review and respond to all submittals and RFI's in a timely manner to issue to general contractors
Oversee architectural and design mockups and sample reviews as required
Visit job sites to ensure project coordination, design intent, codes, and standards are being followed
Collaborate with general contractors to resolve design or construction issues
Provide cost estimates throughout each phase of the project in collaboration with consultants and general contractors
Provide value engineering solutions when needed without compromising design aesthetic and integrity
Provide complete architectural specifications with revisions as required
Attend a punch walk with general contractors and design team to document owner and design comments
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple restaurant projects simultaneously
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Licensed Architect a plus
8+ years related hospitality/restaurant
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills to address design and construction challenges
Financial acumen for budgeting and coordination
Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills for decision making
Understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, fire safety regulations, construction processes, and sustainable design practices
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, BIM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite

Data & Analytics Architect - Snowflake
The organization is initiating a data-platform modernization program for its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) analytics ecosystem. The engagement begins with a one-month discovery and assessment phase to evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and define a future-state data platform on Snowflake.
The Data & Analytics Architect will play a key leadership role by conducting technical discovery, guiding architecture decisions, and producing a clear modernization roadmap that incorporates enterprise data management and observability capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical and business discovery sessions to understand current data sources, workflows, and reporting processes
Assess the current-state data architecture, including ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and data management practices
Evaluate existing Data Quality (DQ), Data Governance (DG), Master/Reference Data Management (MDM), and Data Observability (DO) maturity
Identify gaps related to scalability, data quality, governance, lineage, monitoring, and manual processes
Design the future-state Snowflake-based data architecture, including Bronze/Silver/Gold layers
