Job ID: 2503884 Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: The VP, Fraud/GEN AI Validation COE is responsible for performing model validation for all the fraud models, and ensure they are meeting the related MRM policies, standards, procedures as well as regulations (SR 11-7).
In addition, this role will establish and maintain a validation center of excellence to support the model governance team in designing the quality assurance process and leading the execution across all validations, act as an incubation center to test and run innovation, provide standardized training and staff development, and support the improvement of the model risk professional practice to improve the model stakeholder experience.
This role requires high level of expertise with minimal technical supervision to serve as project lead as well as being accountable for validation results.
The COE will closely partner with the model governance lead as well as other validation leads to drive tangible improvements to the model risk practice.

Essential Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for work related to model validation and validation COE, both of which are outlined below: Model Validation COE - The candidate is expected to draw experience from validation to establish a validation center of excellence and support the model governance lead to drive best practice, specifically the objectives of the COE are: GEN AI Model Risk Management: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive, end-to-end governance framework for Generative AI models, establishing clear standards, procedures, documentation templates, and process to effectively manage model risks such as hallucination, accuracy, and bias.

Supervisory role working with junior reviewers in validation projects.
Handle escalation of issues and dispute with model owner level independently.
See through the issues remediation, root cause analysis, and potential risk acceptance.
Support regulatory examinations and internal audits of the modeling process and selected models samples.

Qualifications/Requirements: 5+ years of experience in acquisition/transaction fraud model development or model validation in financial services, with experience in CI/CD frameworks preferred.
Experience in generative AI model validation, framework development, or complex use case development.
Proven experience automating validation processes and reducing cycle times using AutoML, generative AI, and related tools, including the ability to design and build necessary supporting infrastructure Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; or 9+ years of equivalent experience in model development/validation within financial services, banking, or retail.
4+ years hands-on experience with data science and statistical tools such as Python, SPARK, Data Lake, AWS SageMaker, H2O, and SAS.

Primary Duties/Essential Functions
Develop and implement a strategic alumni and donor engagement plan that balances immediate fundraising needs with long-term development of the donor base.
Manage a portfolio of major donors (and prospects) and lead the division in annual fundraising production.

Position Overview
We're seeking a creative and impact-driven, Director, Brand Acquisition & Growth to lead strategic brand partnerships that go beyond traditional advertising. In this role, you will identify, pitch, and execute high-impact marketing collaborations with top-tier brands, agencies, and multicultural advertisers. You will leverage ODK's ecosystem-including OTT streaming platforms, original content, creators, Korean/Asian celebrities and community events-to develop breakthrough branded content, sponsorships, and social-driven campaigns. You will act as a brand solutions consultant, combining storytelling, consumer insight, and media fluency to craft marketing programs that resonate with both brands and audiences. This is a cross-functional role that blends sales, project execution, and creative collaboration.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire and grow strategic brand and agency partnerships through innovative collaboration proposals across digital, OTT/CTV, and social platforms.
Pitch branded content, multicultural sponsorships, and social-driven campaigns that leverage ODK Media's assets-including original programming, FAST channels, events, creators, celebrities and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, social, and ad operations teams to develop and deliver campaigns that align brand goals with platform capabilities.
Own the end-to-end project cycle from ideation and pitching to campaign execution and post-analysis.
Work with major media agencies and brand clients to shape long-term partnership strategies.
Create tailored packages that integrate media, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
Identify trends and insights to proactively develop opportunities for emerging categories and brands.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
5-8 years of experience in brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or media sales, ideally with exposure to multicultural markets.
Demonstrated success in building brand collaborations, sponsorships, or branded content projects with large advertisers and agencies.
Strong understanding of digital media and CTV/OTT landscape.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop custom, insight-driven brand solutions.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Passion for content, community, and culture-especially in entertainment and youth marketing.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must be able to work on-site in our Fullerton office Monday through Friday. We are offering a hybrid schedule currently, but may be subject to change.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with multicultural, content creation, celebrity or community-based marketing programs.
Prior work with entertainment brands, influencers, or media publishers.
Familiarity with ad sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), project management platforms, and media planning workflows.
Fluency in Asian languages or familiarity with Asian entertainment/media culture is a plus.

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $115,000 - $130,000/ year and there will be no cap for commission. WHAT YOU WILL DO
The department's key mission is to achieve revenue, volume, and share objectives and provide strategic direction on go-to-market strategies that optimize sales and profitability for the assigned vehicle(s). Responsible as the lead Sales and Marketing stakeholder for product portfolio management and new product launch readiness/effectiveness.
You will be responsible for leading the performance optimization (sales/share/profitability) for Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6, Kona EV, Nexo, and future EVs, and ensuring achievement of Business Plan (BP) objectives. This includes managing, developing, and maintaining sales performance at a national/regional/market level, inventory levels/mix, product/pricing/incentive competitiveness, marketing plans/effectiveness, region/dealer engagement levels, competitor activity, and segment dynamics (including purchase/rejection/avoidance reasons, loyalty/conquest, demographics, etc.).
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Proactively lead the team to analyze the performance of the assigned vehicle(s) relative to objectives, develop actionable recommendations to optimize performance across the levers listed below, and present to executive management at regular governance meetings.
Provide upstream strategic direction on product specifications and trim/powertrain/drivetrain mix every MY to ensure assigned vehicles meet Sales and Marketing channel marketplace needs.
Lead development of vehicle positioning strategies and Key Selling Points (KSPs) for all-new, major change, and facelift vehicles.
Collaborate to ensure product concept, positioning, and KSPs are clearly communicated and consistent across all company-owned and 3rd party websites/channels.
Partner to ensure vehicle positioning strategy and market performance are effectively incorporated into media events.
Collaborate to optimize competitiveness and support incentives planning meetings.
Analyze and validate the financial impact of recommendations.
Provide trim mix direction monthly to ensure optimized PO and balanced pipeline.
Collaborate to ensure KSPs are communicated (ensure consistency with key marketing messages, positioning, and proper competitor comparisons).
Operate closely downstream with field leadership to collaborate, manage, and optimize media messaging, and incentives, and provide strategic/tactical inputs to drive the monthly go-to-market plan.
Collaborate to ensure compliance with all Federal/State regulations (CAFE/GHG, Tier 3, SULEV, etc.) and a comprehensive understanding of IRA.
Partner with Sales Analysis & Forecasting in setting annual and monthly national/regional business objectives (BP/OP) for each vehicle and provide strategic direction for the development of the Mid-term Plan. Identify key product, marketing, and sales programs required to achieve objectives.
For assigned vehicle(s), lead regular Launch Committee Meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and organizational readiness for new product launches. Focus on identifying gaps and working collaboratively to address them.
Lead development of presentations and other materials for quick turnaround ad hoc executive requests.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Master's degree is a plus.
At least ten years of professional experience at a manufacturer/distributor of consumer products with direct product responsibilities (planning, pricing, marketing, incentives, distribution, and/or sales).
At least five years of supervisory experience preferred.
Extensive data analysis experience and data visualization expertise required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
Ability to simplify complex issues, develop a compelling point of view, and make case for change leading to action.
Strong automotive industry, technology, and EV knowledge preferred.
MS office proficiency required.
Experience with PIN, Maritz, GfK, S&P, Strategic Vision, Ace Metrix, Tableau, etc. studies/tools a plus.

Compensation Range: $137,025 - $203,000 annual base salary
