Position Overview
We're hiring a Dealer Lot ServicesSpecialist to support our clients with their photography and videography needs. In this role, you'll travel to dealerships in the Lake Charles area, photograph and video inventory and upload media into our internal database. This is a hands-on role ideal for self-starters who thrive in autonomy, enjoy being around new cars, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area
Stage and photograph vehicles following Autocartel standards
Capture walkaround videos for online platforms
Upload photos/videos to our internal system
Input accurate vehicle data in an efficient manner
Provide consistent and professional communication with dealerships and managers
Perform physical work outdoors up to 8 hours daily
Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
Provide consistent visits, maintain timeliness, and accuracy to ensure a continued business relationship with clients

JOB PURPOSE:
Receives and implements new equipment requests, determines reimbursement eligibility and coordinates the timely provision of services. Facilitates timely order movement through Numotion's order processing system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Assists customers with new equipment requests, obtains demographics, enters and maintains accurate data in order processing system while progressing orders through to completion.
§ Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and benefits, communicates to customers their financial responsibility, obtains prescriptions and any other medical documentation necessary to obtain funding.
§ Enters orders into order processing system assuring that efforts are made to accurately and completely perform intake steps.
§ Responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner working with other staff members to increase customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
§ Takes responsibility to completely resolve issues without additional transfers and/or de-escalate customers whenever possible.
§ Coordinates scheduling of ATP's and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments requests.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Electric Power Sales and Service Rep for our Electric Power Division. This position will cover the Southwest Louisiana Territory. The person in this role is primarily responsible for growing Louisiana Cat's parts and service business through developing relationships and adding customers in selling Customer Value Agreements (CVA's). The person in this role will be responsible for consultative sales providing Electric Power solutions, including generators, pumps, engine driven equipment, and switchgear, for customers across Louisiana.

Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
Job Summary:
As the Project ES&H (Environmental, Safety and Health) Representative, you will be responsible for providing ES&H advice and facilitating, promoting, and coordinating activities related to ensuring the health and safety of all project employees is maintained. The successful candidate will champion ES&H on the project and continuously contribute to a positive safety culture - leading by example, coaching personnel, and providing timely advice and support as required for the project workforce.
The successful candidate will be willing and able to work a reasonable amount of overtime and if required night shift, as needed to support safe project execution.
The ES&H Advisor is a field-based role, providing support to management, supervision, craft professionals and subcontractors. This role requires high levels of engagement with field-based teams, accessing elevated work areas via multi-level stairs, permanent and temporary vertical ladders, scaffolding and aerial work platforms.

Major Responsibilities:

· Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.

· Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
· Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
· Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
· Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
· To move trays which are placed on dollies.
· A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
· Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
· Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
· Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
· Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand Tasks
· Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
· Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
· Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
· Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
· Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Incumbents respond to complaints regarding animals and perform a variety of animal protection duties. Responsibilities may include evaluating whether a violation of the law has occurred; issuing citations, warnings and notices; confiscating animals; euthanizing animals; impounding stray, vicious or dangerous animals; setting live traps; and preparing related reports.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
