Responsibilities:
Overviews the daily activities and how employees perform during their shifts. Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by handling requests or complaints. And in charge of maintaining a tidy and organized workspace stocked with essential supplies, while ensuring that production or service runs smoothly.
Also, will be responsible for handling the sandwich artist/cashier/CSR tasks.
The sandwich artist is responsible for assembling sandwiches, wraps, salads and protein bowls while following recipes and adhering to NT standards. Orders are prepared in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. The sandwich maker maintains and stocks their station and follows all food safety requirements. As a cashier, you are responsible for processing cash, debit, and credit card transactions on a point-of-sale system. Cashiers balance the cash drawer, make change and enter purchases. Customer service skills are required.

Confirm documentation and math totals are correct for every load on shift; confirm all paperwork is correct for shift.

Job Duties:
* Analyzes work orders to estimate working hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
* Determine amount of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area.
* Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
* Plans flow of materials through department and develop physical layout of machines according to work orders.
* Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
* Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
* Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards.
* Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.

Job Qualifications:

* Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
* Possess good problem-solving skills.
