In this role you are responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly & efficiently to create a WOW experience for our A-Glazing customers. You will oversee an assigned shift and work in partnership with the shop leadership team for overall shop support where needed. You will work to improve yourself through experience and learning that will provide additional growth opportunities here at Krispy Kreme.

* Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
* Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
* Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
* Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
* Two years of relevant experience
* 1 year of experience supervising a team
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
