Operations Maintains general operations of the store including keyholding responsibilities and adheres to all operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention, to ensure safe and efficient operations. QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES High school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years of retail sales experience. Specialty store or boutique preferred. Strong organizational and retail selling skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration. Retail math and technology aptitude including ability to operate POS, PC, email, and iPad functions. Ability to make bank deposits and assume keyholder responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines.
