Qualifications/Experience
Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $56,500.00 - $74,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
5+ years' experience managing cross-functional projects and teams in a large, mission-driven organization.
2-5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
Proven track record of designing engaging training content for software applications.
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
Experience using a Learning Management System
Project management certification
Physical Requirements:

What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits: Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $74,700 and $87,100, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
