What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of relevant experience using Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc; OR Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of relevant experience using Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of NINE (9) years of relevant experience using Workday payroll, absence, time tracking, etc.
Engaged in at least 2 full Workday payroll implementations
Current holder of one of the following Workday Certifications: Payroll for USA, Time Tracking, and Absence
Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office location. Consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description:

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Manufacturing experience with assembly processes of printed electronic circuit boards and complete systems (box build).
Solid knowledge of IPC standards.
Excellent knowledge of ISO certifications.

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for business entities and owners, including supporting work papers and extensions.
Ensure compliance with quarterly estimated payments, information reporting, and other tax authority requirements.
Conduct tax research and support planning for owners, including estate planning and Section 42 (Affordable Housing), Section 1031 transactions, and alternative investments.
Coordinate responses to tax notices and interact with external CPA firms and consultants as needed.
Review financial waterfalls for sales, refinances, and re-syndications; oversee related fund movements.
Provide timely updates to the Tax Director, CFO, and ownership on tax status and projects.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required); CPA strongly preferred
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; skilled in Word and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of analytical and mathematical reasoning
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable navigating computer systems and file structures
PAY: $100,000 - $105,000 + 10% bonus potential.

The POS Print Production Manager will work closely with Walmart POS, Creative, and Project Management groups to purchase and coordinate the manufacturing of project-related graphic items with Miller Zell manufacturing facilities. The POS Print Production Manager will have direct client contact weekly and will be responsible for expanding the on-going relationships.
For internal print production, request or create estimates as needed, prepare production work orders (via ePace & lift MIS), communicate deadlines and project deliverables, and monitor production quality and timely execution of print projects
Work with production supervisors and staff to resolve any production issues that arise during a project
Work with account managers, graphic designers, Graphic Center production staff, and vendors to determine the print substrates and production method that is best fit for the design intent and final use for each project.
Attend and/or assist with press checks when needed.
Monitor costs and continually strive for cost reduction and increased profit margins
Prepare and issue purchase orders, work orders, and change orders
Ensure consistency and quality control through the print production process and manage projects so delivered orders are within budget and on time.
Assist in the coordination of logistics issues, packaging, and shipping of products/projects at vendors and MZ warehouses.
Punctuality and regular attendance are required on the job.
For outside print, negotiate and obtain quotes from vendors, prepare cost estimates, issue purchase orders
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with print vendors.
Responsible for weekly communication with clients and expanding the relationship.
Generate client billings and work with finance on open AR.
Provide tracking information as needed per client
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate's or Bachelors' degree in Graphics or Print Production.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in purchasing, negotiating, and estimating. Prior print industry experience in positions such as purchasing, estimating, and/or customer service is strongly preferred.
Special Skills/Qualifications: Basic inventory control knowledge is preferred, as project coordination skills, strong communication skills

Assist with Maintaining files and art usage data
