The Role
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the set-up of all pantries and Suites prior to event/game day and maintaining stock on event/game day. This would include beverages, plate ware, packaged food and dry goods are properly maintained and stocked on event/game day. Collecting an accurate inventory throughout the setup process This position will also include receiving and transporting specialty food and beverage product on event days.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring suites, pantry coolers and dry storage areas are stocked for each event/game, while maintaining and adjusting pars as needed.
Ensures that proper rotation (FIFO) process is followed.
Responsible for leading the execution for event/game day cold push, beverage set and crumb drop.
Conduct pre-shift meeting with teams to deliver pertinent information for the event/game
Maintain cleanliness of the pantry coolers and dry storage areas. Including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
Partner with the Warehouse Manager on establishing status of product for beverage orders, tracking for delivery dates and understand specialty product placement.
Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
Supervising Operations Runners and Beverage expo on event/game day to ensure accuracy of product movement.

Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods of time.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead Business fulfillment process to drive fulfillment of all products on time, every time
* Problem Solve and drive supplier delinquency down as well as red work orders, not allowing the shop to convert their output
* Drive recovery efforts to supplier genba based off pareto of data to ensure short term counter measures are in place as well as longer term problem solving utilizing FLIGHT DECK tools
* Ensure Source Changes are done per change management process to eliminate supply risk and prioritize large changes in partnership with Commercial team to drive cost out
* Partner with the businesses in order to execute NPI by leading the NPI team, process, and ensuring commercial strategies are in place to unlock what is required by the business
* Utilize FLIGHT DECK to drive clarity and improvements to the business on Daily and Weekly Management in order to ensure business needs are met
* Drive supplier relationships by working with Commercial Team, Business, NPI, and engineering team as required to lead business reviews and ensure supplier is meting needs of the GE Business
* Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
* Developing expertise within function. Growing reputation within the organization. Includes roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership. Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 14 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally Sourcing and Procurement)
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally Sourcing and Procurement

CONCEPT The Supvr Line is responsible for the safe and efficient utilization of employees, contractors, equipment, and material in the construction and maintenance of Tampa Electric Company's (TEC's) transmission and distribution (T&D) systems. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compliance with all Supervisor accountabilities under the TECO Safety Management System (SMS) while providing team member training, development and coaching in all aspects of lineworker duties and responsibilities.
2. Document and recognize team member's performance using Human Resources processes and interaction management techniques on Performance Reviews (PRs) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Use appropriate coaching and formal corrective action process (positive discipline) to modify off-target team member behavior.
3. Monitor employee development and performance in the field through frequent crew visits. Ensure all work requests are completed safely and efficiently according to the noted specifications. Provide diverse developmental opportunities for Apprentices. Monitor and coach less experienced team member's in field techniques and best practices.
4. Ensure compliance with construction standards on work requests and coordinate work request changes with appropriate TEC team members. Review crew paperwork for accuracy and compliance with department standards, company policies and IBEW contract provisions.
5. Using the principles of continuous improvement and the plan of the week as a tool, assign, prioritize, and manage completion of scheduled and emergency work on a daily and weekly basis. Balance the needs of customers and the company to ensure that work is completed in a safe and cost-effective manner. Ensure that locates and all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Demonstrate effective communications when handling customer complaints, problems, and other electric service issues. Train line team member to properly interact with customers, both internal and external.
7. Be responsive to overtime requirements, including availability for rotating on-call duty. Approve daily time sheets and schedule crew hold-over or emergency overtime.
8. Interpret and administer the IBEW collective bargaining agreement daily. Assist in handling first step grievances. Proactively anticipate and prevent labor problems. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Direct Supervision: IBEW-covered team member and others as assigned.
RELATIONSHIPS

Ensure suite attendants receive pre-event paperwork
Unlock Suites prior to staff arriving
Walks specific area to check final sets
Ensures all food presentations meet company standards
Ensures suite attendants are held accountable for alcohol services and reports company violations
Answers guests questions regarding menu, services, billing, etc
Ensure all work areas (pantries, suites, coolers) remain clean and stocked
Monitor delivery of beverages, cold, and hot food to suites, ensuring all deliveries have been met in a timely manner
Always visible in the hallway to assist our guests
Assist dessert cart attendants and ensure they are working in a timely manner. Ensure there are at least 3 per dessert cart.
Be attentive to guests to assist in any issues that may arise
Completes closing procedures, collecting completed paperwork (Inventory, CC, Invoices)
Ensure all liquor cabinets are locked and secure and suites are clean of food and extra paper stock.
QUALIFICATIONS
