General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT SupportSpecialist I position on the Technology Team in Nashua, NH. The IT SupportSpecialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.

Role Overview:

Qualifications:
Required
Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience with an undergraduate degree in engineering, science or related field, or
Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience with a graduate degree in engineering, science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contamination control, cleaning validation, environmental monitoring, and/or purified water systems, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment (API CDMO experience is highly desirable).

The Harm Reduction Specialist will be phlebotomy trained or receive training in the first 18 months of employment in order to provide confidential screening services for HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Latent Tuberculosis. This position will recruit, screen and link individuals who test positive with HIV, HCV, STI's, and/or TB results and/or at high risk for HIV, HCV, STI, or TB to appropriate levels of care, treatment, and supportive services through short term care coordination and navigation. The Harm Reduction Specialist will also provide overdose education and prevention, Narcan enrollment and Syringe Services (distribution of sterile injection equipment and syringe pick-up). Some evenings and weekends required.
* Assesses clients' risk factors including sexual and substance use behaviors.
* Conducts HIV/STI/viral Hepatitis counseling and screening sessions both in individual and group settings in an appropriate cultural and linguistic manner. This includes pre and post-test counseling and health education regarding HIV/STI/HCV infections, transmission, testing, treatment and prevention.
* Assists in the preparation and giving of test results and documents test result delivery.
* Assists and educate clients in the development of a risk reduction plan and distributes all appropriate harm reduction materials such as condoms, bleach kits and syringes, safe disposal containers and harm reduction materials both onsite and community based.
* Collects specimens via venous blood draw and /or urine specimen for HIV/STI/HCV and coordinates transport to the State Laboratory for processing. Conduct mobile phlebotomy during venue based outreach.

The Home Visiting SupportSpecialist will conduct home visits to licensed Family Child Care Educators. She/he will provide support in the areas of family childcare business administration, professional development & continuous quality improvement, Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) regulatory and policy compliance, health and safety of young children, and program accountability.
Job Duties:
Conduct monthly business, technical assistance, coaching and mentoring support visits to Family Child Care Educators
Facilitate childcare referrals, enrollment, ongoing family supports and connections to community resources
Provide technical assistance with Family Child Care policy and regulations, curriculum and childrens assessments and progress reporting
Maintain knowledge of current Family Child Care regulations through ongoing staff meetings and trainings
Assist Training Director with professional development and work directly with educators on continuous quality improvement and program planning (some nights and weekends required)
Represent the agency in community outreach activities to build connections that benefit families
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of Child Development Accreditation (CDA) or MA Department of Early Education & Care teaching certification in any of the following categories: Infant/Toddler, Preschool or Director I or II. Candidates with a degree in Early Childhood Education/Human Services or related field will be strongly considered
Fluent bi-lingual Spanish/English oral and written skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work individually and as a team-player
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with a culturally diverse clientele a plus
Knowledge and application of MA Department of Early Education and Care Family Child Care regulations a plus
