Lock the loans with First Service Credit Union or Investor in a timely manner so that COC disclosures can be sent in timely manner. Maintain usage proficiency on all member-related third-party systems and software including the maintenance of member records. These systems include but are not limited to member check ordering, Debit card ordering and maintenance, account and identity verification, etc. Perform other job duties as assigned. Performance Measurements: Possess complete and accurate knowledge of all credit union products, services, policies and procedures. Knowledgeable and proficient in placing orders for loans for the different products. Also, have proficiency in identification of items needed to meet regulatory requirements on all loans. Duties & Responsibilities Provide expert technical guidance for epoxy-based coating materials on jobsites nationwide. Evaluate and follow established procedures, identify procedural deficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvements. Develop installation standards and procedures in partnership with engineers, DOTs, and technical writers. Identify business opportunities within designated areas and support sales growth through strategic product application guidance. Capable of working with chemicals and able to identify and report unsafe equipment, conditions and practices so that they may be corrected. Document all onsite project activities. Exercise independent decision-making to manage schedules, resolve onsite issues, and complete engagements with minimal supervision. Must be able to read and interpret project specifications, drawings, and technical documents. Interpret and advise on Health and safety requirements to end users of the products supplied. Serve as a subject-matter expert and lead trainings, seminars, and product demonstrations for engineers, DOTs, and end users. Represent the company and demonstrate products at trade shows. When not assigned travel or projects, assist the sales team or customers to gain exposure to sales processes and customer relationship management to support eventual transition into a Sales Representative role. Skills & Abilities Will be required to travel via commercial air carriers. Must have good driving record and a valid driver's license.
