This person will take full ownership of the health, structure, and usability of our marketing data ecosystem across HubSpot, Airtable, and other tools. They'll design and maintain scalable data models, optimize workflows, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics that inform key business decisions. Responsibilities
Own HubSpot & Airtable data models: define schemas, naming conventions, properties, lifecycle stages, and object relationships; add/retire properties and fields the right way; create new properties, often involving formulas and/or scripts.

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

Strong grasp of data modeling (objects, relationships, normalization vs. usability), governance, and change management.

SUMMARY

Responsible for verifying accuracy of the property transitions process (PTP) in Salesforce, as well as addition build out. This involves continuous evaluation of the regional processes and system workflow, identifying areas in need of improvement and ways to streamline processes to enhance overall success. You will be onsite daily, working directly with construction trades and subcontractors, and will be responsible for managing schedule, quality control, and day-to-day coordination in the field.

This position is based in the South Dallas area (near Red Oak, TX) and requires daily onsite presence at the project site. Occasional regional visits to our Plano office may be required. Key Qualifications
The Data Center Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project management and oversight of construction-related activities for new builds or capital projects, including ownership of project scope, quality, schedule, and budget. Typical responsibilities include:

Directly interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout/punch list phases
Monitor project progress through updated schedules; communicate changes and manage client expectations
Identify and negotiate time extensions where justified and allowed
Manage construction initiatives focused on increasing data center resiliency
Resolve scope issues with subcontractors
Manage construction documentation including submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing
Oversee construction project quality control
Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management
Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis related to equipment or installation issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, or 5+ years of relevant construction management experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience managing large, complex mission-critical construction projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems (data center experience preferred)
Strong general contractor and vendor management experience, including RFPs, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI/submittal tracking
Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications across disciplines
Working knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers
Experience in the design or construction of data centers, critical infrastructure, or large-scale MEP plants
Value engineering experience with demonstrated cost reduction without impacting quality or reliability
Experience with power management and power monitoring systems
Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), LEED, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
