**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to join a leading financial services organization headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia region. This role supports the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in a hybrid work environment (on-site 2-3 days a week in Plymouth Meeting, PA).

Working Hours:
Working hours for this position consist of a 7.5 hour period (between the hours of 7:30am and 7:30pm) exclusive of a ½ or 1 hour lunch. Summary:
The AccountsReceivable Analyst reports to the WED/CE Records Manager and is responsible for all accountsreceivable records, including various tasks that have to do with invoicing, research, collections and adjusting vendor and occasionally student accounts as appropriate. This position works closely with third party vendors, the Financial Aid Office, and the Foundation for the College.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain all accountsreceivable records, including, but not limited to:
* Review accounts with credit balances to determine accuracy of refunds.
* Prepare and send out invoices and credit memos on behalf of all areas of the College, and adjust student accounts, when relevant.
* Work closely with the Financial Aid Office to apply awards, make adjustments to awards and process refund checks to students.
* Work closely with the Foundation for Reading Area Community College and other third parties to apply and monitor scholarships and funded payments, and maintain related student records.
* Bill and maintain sponsorship student billings.
* Research account discrepancies.
* Prepare all related entries to be posted to the accounts, as necessary.
* Undertake periodic assignments, such as analysis and adjustment of drop/add activity each term.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an AccountsReceivable Analyst to perform daily accounting, billing and pricing duties as assigned, to promote the efficiency of the department and meet reporting deadlines, collections of accounts, and special projects as assigned by the manager.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Code paperwork for miscellaneous customers (via lookup in Workorder Viewer) with the account numbers and make copies for accountsreceivable records.
* Monitor TIQ Billing mailbox daily and forward to appropriate party to respond.
* Contact clients to request payment on past due accounts.

* Enter adjustments and account updates sent to TIQ-Billing prior to generating invoices.
* Correct pricing related to Accumulated Charge Warnings prior to generating invoices.
* Enter Specimen Retention charges monthly.
* Generate, print, and sort invoices and review for accuracy.

* Monitor Aged AccountReceivable and Power BI DSO reports on a regular basis to identify delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

Track OB delivery charges and obtain required authorization/GEMS numbers for billing.
Assist in preparing UDS perinatal reports and data for federal reporting.
Research and update Medicaid Pending claims with verified Medicaid IDs.
Submit patient statements and maintain accurate account balances.
Establish and monitor patient payment plans in line with sliding fee policies.
Support collection efforts and coordinate write-offs, bad debt, or agency assignments.

Westtown School seeks an experienced AccountsReceivable Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the AccountsReceivable Specialist is responsible for all accountsreceivable functions and general accounting support. Responsibilities include managing the student account database, processing tuition charges and payments, setting up student payment plans, student billing and collections, processing bank deposits, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of all monies received by the school. In addition, they assist with general accounting, including monthly reconciliations, posting journal entries to the general ledger, and collaborating with the Finance Office team to support the year-end audit. A high degree of attention to detail, ability to communicate in an effective and supportive manner, and a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism are required.

Essential Responsibilities
Prepare and send monthly statements for tuition and related fees;
Enter charges and payments for tuition and related fees into the student billing system;
Handle the collections process with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism;
Consult with parents regarding student billing and payment arrangements;
Work with third party regarding student health insurance;
Reconcile all checks, cash and online payments submitted to the finance office;
Generate monthly AR reports from the student billing system;
Work closely with the Admission Office regarding enrollment and student status changes;
Prepare monthly GL accounts reconciliation and journal entries;
Initiate domestic and international wire payments;
Manage ATM reports and operations;
Prepare reports and provide documentation for audits;
Provide backup support to the Accounts Payable Specialist;
Follow proper key internal control procedures;
Perform other duties as assigned to assist the Director of Finance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of related accounting experience required
Superior customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Excellent computer skills required in Excel, Word, G-Suite, and Blackbaud software
