The Role

What we are Looking for
Required Qualification:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
3+ yrs of proven experience in CPG industry - customer insights/analytics, category management and/or shopper insights for consumer or relevant business experience is required
Analytical expertise and experience working with Retail Link/ Luminate syndicated data, panel data, shopper-card data, and other research.
Extensive knowledge of omni retail customer store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Strong digital literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and database management with an ability to draw accurate conclusions.
