Charlene Buck is the Chief Financial Officer of BPI group.

Charlene joined the company in 2009, bringing more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy.

In her current role, Charlene manages the firm’s financial operations, including budgets, forecasting, contracts and reporting systems across all offices and practice areas. She is an astute financial leader known for her personal integrity and proven track record in creating systems, partnerships and processes that maximize performance. Charlene is instrumental in all BPI group’s mergers, acquisitions and new office openings.

Prior to joining BPI group, Charlene served as CFO for Inter-Track Partners - Illinois OTB, where she was responsible for the financial operations of the $400 million off-track wagering business. Among her duties, she negotiated joint venture partnership agreements, implemented internal controls and created financial benchmarks that contributed to the company’s profitability.

Charlene has also held financial leadership positions with private and public companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, business services and publishing. She has extensive experience and results in driving corporate-wide process improvements and best practices for global and multi-unit companies.

Charlene graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a BS in accounting.
