The Business Solutions Manager oversees the operations of the Business Solutions department and guides staff within the workforce development area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Advises, guides and mentors staff on the delivery of services to customers and provides support, technical assistance and training as appropriate.
Responsible for the preparation, design and implementation of budget. To Include the prudent use of company resources, accounting of assets and monitoring performance to plan.
