We're hiring a Senior Travel Sales Manager to join one of the fastest-growing luxury spa groups in the country. In this role, you'll travel to high-priority locations to coach teams, lead in-spa sales efforts, stabilize performance, and ensure a five-star client experience. About the Role This is a travel-based leadership position where you will be deployed to one MedSpa location at a time for 60 to 90 days per assignment, depending on how quickly the location stabilizes. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and implement high-conversion strategies. Once aligned, you'll move on to the next priority location. Coverage includes: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. All travel costs are fully covered. You'll return home between deployments.
