We are hiring a high-velocity SDR to execute both inbound qualification and outbound pipeline generation. This role is responsible for creating Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) through fast qualification, disciplined follow-up, and consistent outbound activity. This is not a passive lead-routing role; you will be expected to create pipeline every day, not wait for it. Success requires strong process discipline, high activity volume, and the ability to run a tight qualification call (5-8 minutes) before handing off to an AE. This role is designed for someone who moves with urgency, thrives on activity, and knows how to generate high-quality pipeline. What you will do - Inbound (50%) • Run fast, accurate qualification calls (5-8 minutes) for inbound leads. • Validate ICP fit, urgency, and buying intent before sending to AE. • Maintain best-in-class follow-up: no lead goes untouched, no delay in scheduling; speed to call matters. • Improve inbound conversion by ensuring clean handoffs and zero dropped leads. Outbound (50%) • Build outbound pipeline through daily high-volume, high-quality outreach. • Call aged Marketing Captured Leads (30+ days), retargeting fallouts, and curated lists. • Execute outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn and more. • Generate net-new SAOs from accounts not previously engaged. Execution & Process Discipline • Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly Activity & SAO targets (100+ dials a day). • Maintain tight CRM hygiene, accurate notes, next steps, and status. • Follow the MarketMan process with precision; no skipped steps. • Operate with a “make the phone ring, don't wait for it to ring” mentality. Collaboration • Partner with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and predictable pipeline flow. • Work with Marketing on inbound lead flow, retargeting, and list strategies. • Provide clear feedback loops on lead quality, messaging, and objections. What you will bring - • High urgency and high activity. • Strong phone presence; confident, direct communicator. • Ability to follow a process exactly while hitting high-volume metrics. • Coachability, consistency, and mental toughness. • Comfort running fast qualification calls. • Ability to learn tools quickly. • 0-3+ years in SDR roles; we will hire junior or mid-level based on skill and drive. • Passion for restaurant technology or interest in the industry is a plus. How Success is measured - • Daily, weekly, and monthly Activity Metrics & SAOs generated • Quality of pipeline created (ICP fit, show rate, AE acceptance) • Activity consistency (high-volume 100+ dials, blended channel outreach) • Responsiveness and follow-up speed • CRM accuracy and process discipline Why Join Meal Ticket - This role gives you the opportunity to: • Directly influence revenue and pipeline in a high-growth environment. • Make an immediate impact as part of our 2026 GTM strategy. • Develop outbound mastery while sharpening inbound qualification. • Grow your career into AE or Senior SDR roles as the team scales. How we feel about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging - Meal Ticket is committed to bringing together humans from different backgrounds and perspectives, providing employees with a safe and welcoming work environment free of discrimination and harassment. We strive to create a diverse & inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and do impactful work together.
