Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data is essential for efficient follow-up and tracking. Stay up-to-date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions. Align your efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion. Regularly track and analyze your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements. Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success. Ensure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
