You will also communicate with parents about participant's experiences and report concerns to Leadership. Know, enforce, and follow all safety guidelines associated with childcare and all program areas. This includes but is not limited to being responsible for children's safety and their whereabouts at all times. You will also be responsible for knowing and understanding all emergency procedures associated with the program.
