The Opportunity
The Service Clerk reports to the Store Manager/Senior Assistant Manager and is responsible for maintaining carts, assisting customers with purchases and assistance to their cars as requested, checking prices on products, returning merchandise to store shelves, parking lot and store maintenance.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

POSITION SNAPSHOT: Deposits staff assists management in controlling the flow of money through the building. They will provide administrative support to management through reconciliation of money, money equivalents, and all applicable paperwork.
NITTY GRITTY DETAILS:

Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
Initial point of security for all money, money equivalents, and all applicable paperwork, including private guest information and documents.
Makes timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions.
Handles money accurately and balances high volume of receipts.
Assists staff with banks, checkouts, and money, and money equivalent procedures.
Completes all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Conducts inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
Assists Management as needed or requested.
Reviews the cleanliness and organization of all Deposits areas, inside and out, if applicable.
Checks for restocking of necessary supplies. Brings all areas up to standard. Discusses problem areas with manager.
Assists other team members as needed or as business dictates
Responsible for the reconciliation of any monies from their banks.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable DMV Title Clerk to join our dealership team! This individual will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle sales are processed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also be responsible for verifying ownership and completing title transfers. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal departments, external lenders, and government agencies to manage vehicle titling and registration from start to finish. This role often involves maintaining accurate records, providing customer service, and staying updated on DMV regulations.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Process all funding with lenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Prepare and process post-sale documentation, including title and registration paperwork
Serve as liason and administrative assistant to the sales department
