Essential Job Duties
Clear bus tubs by sorting, scraping food from plates and pans into waste containers and stacking plates, pans etc. as directed to run through the dish machine.
Rack up and spray off wares before putting them through the dish machine. Presoak, wash and sort silverware properly.
Makes sure all dinner and kitchen wares are thoroughly cleaned. Distribute clean dishes, silverware, glasses, pans and other kitchen wares to the proper storage areas.
Clean pots and pans in designated three sinks (A) soapy water, (B) rinse, (C) sanitizer.

De-lime the dish machine after each shift.
Assume responsibility for proper use of all cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
Inform sous chef of wares shortages identified through performance of duties.
Assist other dishwashers as needed to complete tasks.
Communicates and networks effectively with staff, other departments, and outside representatives in order to maintain a productive and effective department operation.
Safeguard and account for the assets of the owners.
Comply with policies and procedures required by the department, the company, the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission, and the National Indian Gaming Commission.
