Process special and recurring reports and maintain administrative records. Verify and correct information, codes, and account numbers as necessary. Ensure complete and accurate data entries into the system. Compare data entered with source documents and resolve system edits concerning invalid data by deleting incorrectly entered data and re-entering correct data. Make copies of required documents. File documents when applicable. Maintain a production sheet of work completed on a daily basis. Skills: Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to solve problems and make basic decisions. Familiarity with database systems and office software. Strong organizational skills. Experience: Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience in data entry or administrative support. Experience providing technical/functional and/or administrative support.
