Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.
Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships.
Work Environment
ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork.

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 1-2 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.

You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The role will require daily travel throughout a designated territory in and surrounding Cambridge, Ohio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and embody the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, acting as an ambassador for these principles.
Travel to locations performing various functions and tasks.
Perform basic troubleshooting techniques on the main components of a cabinet, i.e. bill acceptors, printers, monitors, logic box, etc.
Replace all broken parts, i.e. bill acceptors, printers, monitors, logic box, etc.
Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, electrical test equipment, and other equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot point of sale and/or server issues, i.e. no internet connection, IP address conflicts, install a printer and set as default, etc.
Frequently move machines weighing in excess of 400 pounds.
Perform all preventative maintenance on each type of device.
Properly complete work orders to record repairs and service.
Setup and configure the router for a location.
Properly wire a location so that there are no loops.
Assign static IP addresses to game terminals, routers, servers, and POS.
Provide exceptional service to our guests and employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ year(s) experience with Basic Networking is preferred.
1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service.
An understanding of basic Windows commands (how to access Control Panel, how to change IP settings, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to manage tasks independently.
100% daytime travel required.

cardiac dedicated SPECT system, the D-SPECT Cardio system, in 2007. Since then, the D-SPECT has become the system of choice for functional cardiac imaging, with hundreds of systems sold worldwide. We then launched the VERITON SPECT/CT, which employs identical digital detectors made of Cadmium Zinc Telluride (“CZT”). Along with ingenious hardware design, proprietary software, and proprietary algorithms, this enables imaging at unprecedented speed, with a low radiation dose, and superior image quality. The VERITON SPECT/CT is a platform for next-generation imaging and therapy-guiding applications.
Position Responsibilities
The FieldService Engineer (FSE) will create/execute resources and programs to continuously improve the satisfaction and loyalty of existing and future customers, and provide excellent fieldservice support for DSPECT and VERITON-CT . The FSE will also have direct input to the Director of Service, Operations, and the engineering teams. This input is critical to further enhance product reliability, operability, and serviceability on a global basis. Among other things, the FSE's role will require him/her to:
Provide onsite and remote support for break-fix issues related to software, hardware, and IT, and their clinical applications.
Execute new system installations, field upgrades, and preventive maintenance for the company's range of products.
Take personal ownership of the customer experience. Facilitate customer satisfaction through identification of any concerns and initiation of problem resolution and escalation.
Identify and make any necessary independent decisions on who to engage to obtain requisite resources for problem resolution in a timely fashion.
Directly communicate and build rapport with customers as required. Follow up directly with customers to ensure that all issues are resolved.
Support new product introductions and first of kind installations.
Provide status reporting to internal/external customer support teams.
Participate as a technical resource and/or customer advocate as needed.
Work collaboratively with the assigned sales and application professionals in addressing and resolving customer satisfaction issues, and/or implementing sales and service solutions to meet customer needs to drive revenue for the company.

FURNITURE TECHNICIAN In Home Service Repair

As a Furniture Technician you will be responsible for providing high quality repairs for every customer. The duties and expectations of this job are as follows:
Customer Work Orders
Call all scheduled customers between 8 am and 10 am
Run all calls that are scheduled for the day
Expected to perform quality repairs such as;
Repair and or touch up of leather
Repair or sewing of fabric
Replace reclining mechanisms
Wood burn in and touch-up
Repair and reinforce furniture frames
Case good assembly
Perform Bedding inspections
Order parts and put comments in work order from the customers home
Finalize all billing notes from the customers home (symptom work performed - parts used labor amount)
Additional tasks, both within the scope of this position and outside of it, will be assigned and are expected to be completed within the agreed upon time frame.

Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Mechanical aptitude & communication skills: Prior automotive experience is a plus -- a great attitude and willingness to learn is a must!
* Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a dynamic shop environment -- rain or shine.
* Safety-first mindset & valid driver's license: Manual transmission experience is a bonus.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
* Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 + per hour effective rate
* Effective Rate includes (overtime, variable overtime, and weekly commission on billed labor)
