Minimum Requirements:

Experience with commercial and NTM imagery sources, search missions with softcopy tools, IEC exploitation workstations, and military infrastructure/order of battle analysis.
Experience conducting historical imagery research.
Experience and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, database entry, and graphic design principles.
Desired Qualifications
Regional expertise to AOR, expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, or image processing.

Requirements
* Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance

* Ten (10) years of experience in understanding and detection of foreign intelligence activity in the cyber domain and demonstrated ability to correlate Computer Network Operations (CNO) tactics, techniques, and procedures to known or suspected cyber threat actors.
* Experience in cyber investigations and use of cyber forensics analysis tools, multi-source intelligence analysis, knowledgeable of U.S. intelligence community activities is required.
* Must be capable of conducting independent research, as well as work with team members and partner agencies.

Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e. NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and may make recommendations on process tailoring.
Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
Supports the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.
Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced cybersecurity personnel.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with offensive cyber activities, such as exploiting digital data, and then summarizing the resulting findings.
Experience with network forensics, network administration, investigative data analysis, and mobile networks.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with SQL, Hadoop, Python, Node XL, and a knowledge of telecommunications
Possess a related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of overall working experience in this domain.
