Coordinating, scheduling, and budgeting various municipal, private, and FDOT roadway projects.
Responsible for monitoring the profits, losses, and quantities of all assigned projects and reporting back to the senior management staff monthly.
Ideally this person has 1+ years of experience and/or a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Pay Scale - Dependent on experience and knowledge, $80,000 + annually and performance bonuses available.

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented ProjectManager to oversee structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects, primarily supporting water and wastewater infrastructure. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope by coordinating technical, operational, and administrative activities from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from pre-planning through completion.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Coordinate closely with internal teams including Drafting, Fabrication, and Accounting.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Prepare, submit, and track project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
Monitor project schedules, track progress, and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of projectmanagement experience or related industry experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of AISC, AWS, and NISD standards.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and construction documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

**Position Overview**
The ProjectManager is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing costs and delivering a quality aircraft/project on time. The ProjectManager helps develop and manage a budget. His/her job responsibilities involve total control of the aircraft, which he/she has been assigned. The ProjectManager retains a consistent crew unless workload in other areas dictates differently, which he/she will coordinate with the Director of Maintenance and other ProjectManagers. Perform work within budgeted time within HAECO, FAA and our customer's standards of quality. Leads assigned to his/her project will report directly to the ProjectManager.
1. Maintain control of the aircraft's approved schedule, quality and rework, flow execution, budget and timely delivery of the program.
2. Promote quality performance, positive financial results, safe work environment and on-time deliveries.
3. Prepare and present daily status briefings on all aircraft assigned to include delivery, man-hour and budget status in conjunction with the Production Control Supervisor. Complete ADS reporting daily and note critical parts.
4. Hold shift transition meetings with Business Planner, Lead, Production Control Supervisor, Lead and Material Specialist at the beginning of each shift and post updated scripts as needed
5. Authorize expedited parts orders.
6. Review work plan with Production Control Supervisor to ensure goals are aligned for each shift.
7. Coordinate delivery of the aircraft back to our customer.
8. Complete off-aircraft parts inspection by end of the primary inspection.
9. Complete post-primary review with Production Control Manager to review the budget summary as needed.
10. Ensure proper scheduling of manpower and proper skill levels through coordination with Production Control for all functions necessary to meet company objectives.
11. Coordinate with the Inspection department to assure maintenance is performed in accordance with accepted standards.
12. Coordinate with GSE to ensure the required flow of necessary equipment and parts, making recommendations to the Director of Maintenance for improvement of production operations.
13. Work through subordinates to ensure proper completion of all required records.
14. Maintain the repair station premises in a clean and orderly manner, including reporting unsatisfactory routine janitorial cleanup or maintenance services performed by Facilities Maintenance and assuring proper work area clean up by the workers.
15. Ensure preservation of all units or parts during the maintenance process and after work is complete.
16. Initiate requisitions for stock and material as required through coordination with the Director of Maintenance and scheduling priorities.
17. Answer Corrective Action Requests as required. Complete root cause analyses and determine acceptable solutions.
18. Provide a focal point for all communications relative to assigned projects.
19. Act as back-up to the Director of Maintenance for responsibility of the scrap materials program.
20. Provide coaching, counseling and guidance to assigned work groups.
21. Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the HAECO Safety Manual.
22. Assure personnel are treated equally and fairly in accordance with HAECO Human Resources policies and procedures.
23. Build and promote positive employee morale.
24. Be authorized to act on behalf of the repair station.

**What you need: (Requirements)**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience n aircraft maintenance with a minimum of ten (10) years supervisory experience or one (1) year demonstrated ability within HAECO.
3. Airframe and Powerplant License.
4. Two (2) years experience as a Lead or Business Planner or previously demonstrated ability within HAECO.
5. Capable of interpreting drawings and blueprints to accomplish a specific task.
6. Have leadership, communications, and people skills and the ability to accept responsibility.
7. Read, write and understand the English language.
8. Subject to continual loud noises.
9. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods of time, climb stairs, ladders and/or service stands.
10. Normal or corrected hearing.
