Qualifications:
· Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or above
· Proven experience in health and wellness program management.
· Familiarity with employment-related health and safety regulations.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Proficiency in relevant software and systems.

Maintains records of personnel and resources used on projects and communicates all billable events to others.

Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industry
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
Able to work independently or work with/lead a team
Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer
Experience managing teams of 2 or more

The preferred candidate would be an engineer or scientist with prior experience managing Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects, Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) system retrofit projects, or Perfluoroalkyl Substance (PFAS) remedial actions in a technical or management role who desires to transition into a Program Management career track. Strong preference for experience supporting US Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville Alabama contracts. Preference for work experience at Redstone Arsenal. Prior experience with bidding Federal projects required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally, to all project team members including client representatives and regulatory personnel alike.
