Responsible for working with the Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator and Safety Director to ensure that project contracts, permits, insurances, NTO, SDS Sheets, Safety requirements or other job specific requirements are in place prior to starting work.

Conducts regular job site meetings with all team members to keep them informed on those matters that affect the successful performance of their jobs, the status of the project, and the Company as a whole.
Writes and processes RFIs.
Estimates and processes change orders.
Close out completed projects by making sure that the job has been completely invoiced including all change orders, all close out paperwork is submitted, all company tools, equipment, and supplies have been removed from the job site.
Hires, coaches, direct, evaluate and terminate personnel assigned to the job.
Verifies Payroll hours and job codes and then submits data on a timely basis to payroll administrator.
Responsible for seeing that work meets all applicable laws local, state and federal. Ensures that employees are aware of and follow all company policies and procedures.

* Interacts with Estimating to provide project cost information for the estimating database.
* Manages client relationship and all meetings with client.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or the equivalent education and experience.
* Preferably at least 5 years experience working in commercial construction.
* Healthcare construction experience is a PLUS.
* Understands estimating concepts to the level required to verify bids, understand market rates, and to process change orders, etc.
* Understands contractual language and concepts and how to protect the company while providing quality service to the client and has a working knowledge of construction laws and practices.
* Understands building codes and other design requirements as well as plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Position Overview
The Project Manager - Data Analytics will be the primary owner of PBACO's healthcare analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting reliability, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Analytics Platform Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of internal and external healthcare analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, custom dashboards, payer portals).
Manage platform governance: access roles, naming conventions, version control, release notes, and documentation standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors for all analytics tools.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy in reports, dashboards, and healthcare quality metrics.
Cross-check data from EMR systems, payer claims, and utilization files for completeness.
Track, document, and resolve data defects with root-cause analysis and prevention steps.
Training & Adoption
Create training materials, user guides, job aids, and video walkthroughs for healthcare providers and staff.
Conduct live and virtual training sessions to drive adoption of analytics platforms and reporting tools.
Promote best practices for data-driven decision-making in healthcare settings.
Project & Product Management
Manage intake of analytics requests; translate into clear requirements, user stories, and project timelines.
Coordinate dependencies with analysts, engineers, and department leads.
Maintain meeting readiness with agendas, pre-reads, and documented action items.
Documentation & Knowledge Base
Maintain and update data dictionaries, metric definitions, SOPs, and healthcare analytics knowledge bases.
Ensure documentation is searchable, accurate, and updated within 3 business days of changes.
Stakeholder Service & Escalations
Act as the primary escalation point for platform and reporting issues.
Track stakeholder satisfaction and incorporate feedback into improvements.
Compliance & Privacy
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across all analytics workflows.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data operations, or healthcare project management.
Proven experience in platform stewardship and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer/Data Science, Public Health, or Business.
Supervisory or mentoring experience.
Product management background.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
SQL familiarity.

Verdex Construction is looking for a Construction Project Manager to add to our Operations team to assist us in our mission of "Building Something Better."
The Construction Project Manager will have overall responsibility for planning and executing the construction of a project or multiple projects assigned to them. This person will provide leadership and direction to the Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative staff to deliver a quality project within the agreed schedule, maximizing the return to the company, while earning repeat business from the client.
Essential Functions:
Turnover meeting with the Project Estimator to review and fully understand material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and general conditions estimates.
Delegate scope of work to Subcontractors specific to the project, with a level of detail to solidify the full scope while being general enough to cover all aspects of the work.
Ensure that executed subcontracts are received back promptly, as well as insurance certificates and bonds (if required).
Prepares a baseline schedule with the Project Superintendent, and with input from key subcontractors, and provides accurate monthly updates.
Strives for work efficiency for the trades.
Documents logic revisions and provide monthly updates to Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors.
Foster relationships with Subcontractors, vendors, and all other stakeholders.
Prepare and facilitate a preconstruction meeting with all Subcontractors and Suppliers to review job specific items (work hours, logistics, crane usage, etc.), safety, submittals and shop drawings, project schedule, and introductions of team members and companies.
Holds weekly job meetings to update job progress, safety, status of submittals, answers to RFI's, and any other project issues that need to be addressed.
Prepares, on a timely basis, monthly billings based on billings from Subcontractors and walk a draft copy with Architect or Owner to get approval prior to formally submitting. Reasonably projects to month's end. Follows through on progress of payment in a timely manner.
Prepares monthly status reports to Owner that include a project narrative, updated schedule, updated submittal list, RFI log, and change order log.
Submit change order requests for changes to project. Thoroughly reviews changes and responses from Subcontractors for accuracy prior to submitting to Owner.
Prepares monthly cost forecast for review with the Project Executive. Forecasts general conditions and open scope items in trades.
Supports Superintendents as needed to get material to job as needed and to get manpower required.
Manages issues with Subcontractors to closure.
Works with Superintendent to prepare detailed worklist at end of project and to expedite turnover of a quality product.
Evaluates staff and mentors Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers so they are progressing in their careers.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational symposia; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.
Satisfactory completion of appropriate corporate training as related to the position and/or department.
