Review vendor and subcontractor invoices and payment applications to ensure they are submitted in accordance with the terms of each applicable agreement.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track project progress including man-hour tracking, key quantity tracking, and rental equipment tracking.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
Assist Customer Service department with technical inquiries received from customers.

About the Role
The ProjectManager II in PAR Electrical's Central Division is responsible for leading the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of medium to large-scale electrical utility projects. This position oversees all aspects of project execution-from planning and scheduling to cost management and client relations-ensuring alignment with PAR's operational standards and safety-first culture.
As a key member of the Central Division's leadership team, the ProjectManager II plays a critical role in supporting field operations, strengthening customer relationships, and driving performance excellence across multiple projects.
What You'll Do What You Will Do
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned electrical transmission, distribution, or substation projects within the Central Division.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.
Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
Track and forecast project costs, labor productivity, and material usage to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout materials.
Ensure strict adherence to PAR Electrical's safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
Monitor field performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective action as needed.
Prepare progress reports and financial updates for leadership and clients.
Support bid preparation, estimates, and business development activities as requested.
Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders.
What You'll Bring What You Will Bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive projectmanagement experience within the electrical utility or heavy civil construction industry.
Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, or substation construction methods and field operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and financial goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and projectmanagement software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build lasting client and team relationships.

We are seeking a Collaborative Learning ProjectManager to join our team. Starting Salary: $ 51,000 - $54,000 Annually The position is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of special projects; as well as the planning, design and implementation of the training and coaching for team members, resource parents and community partners. In collaboration with the training team, this position will ensure that staff has the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality services to clients. In addition, this position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of applicable curricula and for delivering training to meet contractual and grant requirements. This position will take lead on special projects for the Collaborative Learning team to include implementation/development, ongoing support and management, and reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of new training projects.
* Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and training facilitators.
* Ensure projects meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
* Oversee the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of training content.
* Monitor training program effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Act as the primary liaison between the training department and internal/external stakeholders.
* Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
* Ensure that all direct care and management staff have opportunities to master the skills required to fulfill the requirements of their positions, including evidence-based models.
* Participate in an annual professional development needs assessment and planning process by identifying training needs, assisting in the creation of an annual training plan, designing, scheduling, and facilitating learning opportunities to meets those needs. Learning opportunities may include classroom or virtual training, online courses, the creation of learning tools, and individual and group coaching.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
The perfect candidate should possess a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a field related to Social Work, Healthcare, or Education required. Master's degree is preferred.

* Complete Sanctuary training in a timely manner.

* Maintain strong working relationships with Community Operations in assigned region.
* Effectively communicate status all new home infills with Community Operations.
* Follow all company and new homes division policies and procedures at all times.
Minimum Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of projectmanagement or similar experience, preferred but not required.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
* Working knowledge of physical facilities, including construction renovation.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel.
* Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors and other project partners.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
* Valid operator's license and reliable transportation.
