At Midland States Bank, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of short-term incentives (i.e. bonus and/or commission) and may include long-term incentives (i.e. stock awards). Salary Range: $105,000-$145,000
Position Summary
This position leads Midland States Bank's enterprise-wide analytics program, transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation across all business lines. The Manager - IT Enterprise Analytics combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and people leadership to advance the Bank's analytics capabilities from traditional reporting to predictive, automated, and insight-driven decision support. This role partners with business and technology leaders to shape the Bank's data strategy, foster a data-informed culture, and deliver analytics products that support organizational growth.
Primary Accountabilities

Data Products, Modernization & Innovation
Lead the transition from traditional reporting to data product ownership, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and business impact.
Lead adoption of modern data platforms (cloud, APIs, data marts, distributed analytics) in collaboration with IT and data engineering.
Introduce advanced analytics capabilities including AI/ML, LLMs, and predictive modeling to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Champion automation and AI-driven tools to enhance decision speed and accuracy.
Data Governance & Compliance
Co-chair enterprise data governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with BSA, OCC, FDIC, FRB, etc. regulations.
Establish best practices for data quality, metadata management, and standardized definitions across systems and dashboards.
Maintain high ethical standards in handling sensitive data and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Culture & Business Partnership
Promote data literacy and self-service enablement across the organization, empowering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior executives, helping translate complex analytics into actionable business strategies.
Actively collaborate across departments to create alignment, transparency, and shared accountability for performance outcomes.
Other
The role requires occasional travel for training and team meetings, and willingness to travel periodically, to locations within market as needed.
May require work in a Midland office to ensure collaboration and support of internal and external customers.

Position Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a proven ability to lead enterprise analytics initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams with demonstrated success coaching and motivating team members.
Strong technical expertise with Power BI, data modeling, and SQL; familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS).
Advanced skills in data visualization and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible format.
Experience integrating data across multiple systems (Salesforce, core banking, CRM, finance, and risk).

The Role We Want You For
As an MEP ProjectManager with SEI, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, process (MEP), and associated construction scopes for Clayco projects. This includes the development of comprehensive MEP scope documents, the creation of MEP bid packages in the early stages of project planning, and leading subcontractor negotiations. The Specifics of the Role
Plans, and specification analysis, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
Manage the MEP submittals.
Oversee the logging and posting of all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
Oversee the scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
Oversee quality control process of the installation of MEP work.
Work with Projectmanagement team to direct, monitor and oversee the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
Liaison with consultant MEP engineers, inspectors, and relevant staff.
Ensure that MEP subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation and records.
Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to project safety regulations.
Assist with project planning - hosting coordination meetings, writing work scopes, getting quotes, scheduling work.
Train and mentor junior members. Encourage training and development through performance management with a focus on retention.
Provide technical input related to contract drawings and documents.
Contribute to weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
6-10 years of experience in the managing MEP projects/scope.

Prepare invoice to owner as required.
Prepare and update project schedule.

Prepare monthly cash flow projections and project status reports.
Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ensure that the project is completed in compliance with project documents and designated quality standards.

Our Roaming File Managers play a vital role in our new construction projects. Their primary role is to ensure that all final files are submitted to Compliance for review and approved within the established timeline. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete files in a timely manner ensuring efficiency as well as accuracy.
Must be comfortable with traveling in this position. Typically company will have the Roaming File Manager assigned to a property for anywhere from 1 week to 2 months as required before being reassigned to the next lease up property. Travel would typically be within GA, MO, SC, and TX, as well as additional states new constructions come online.
Ensure that final files are completed within their specified time frames. Must ensure that all files are closed out within Windsor after receipt of 100% approval letter prior to reassignment.

Work with Compliance Asset Manager to provide daily file updates.
On an as needed basis must be available to work on a lease up.

The Role We Want You For
The ProjectManager will be based in the Midwest. In this role you will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. You will work as part of a team to provide the best solutions on design-build projects anywhere from $20 million to over $200 million.
The Specifics of the Role
Participate with project team and preconstruction services in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
Assist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors.
Maintain understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract.
Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process.
Assist in generation of project costs and Job Cost Report.
Contribute to the analyzing and forecast of quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
Monitor and record training of all staff personnel.
Monitor project labor.
Report and track equipment needs.
Assist preconstruction services in bidding projects.
Implement applicable safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs.
Participate in the project's quality process.
Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
6 -10 years of experience managing construction projects ($25+ million) ideally design-build.
Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
Previous experience leading a successful projectmanagement team.
Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.

As a Project Cost Manager, you will be assisting in the development and management of the project financial strategy. You will be working directly with the projectmanagement team to manage the project budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts. The Specifics of the Role

Responsible for cost engineering, cost estimation, cost analysis, and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for proposal estimating activities which require a moderate degree of technical skill and experience.
Ensuring quality, accuracy, consistency, spend profile, performing change management, and transparency in all cost management deliverables.
Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the cost and forecast reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management, or related degree.
5-10 years of Project Cost experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices is required.
Working knowledge of applicable computer software such as PMWeb or similar project portfolio management software, DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards, or related software programs.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Results oriented and deliver on customer commitments.
PMP certification desirable.
